Luxury 2 bedroom with lake view
The house is located in Praire Point, a new and beautiful neighborhood in the south part of Winnipeg. It is 7mins drive to the U of M, 20mins to Downtown, 8min walk to bus stop, play park and few minutes drive to shops and gas stations. There are a couple of lakes in the neighborhood with trails around to enjoy nature. The house opens up to a lake at the back with a big backyard and has large windows that overlook the lake and you can enjoy a cup of coffee while looking at the beautiful scenery
