At least that's the motto at this beautiful 3-bedroom cottage (with 1 bedroom guest cottage rented together or separately) located on Forest Street in Seaside Proper next to the beautiful chapel and Ruskin Park. Just behind the town square and beside Seaside's chapel, It's Happy Hour is centrally located and close to all the action with just a short walk to the white, sandy beaches along 30A. 'It's Happy Hour' is flanked with screened-in porches and balconies giving you plenty of space for both outdoor and indoor living. Upon entering the cottage you'll enjoy open living spaces including a living room, flat screen TV, and wet bar. Also on the main floor is the open kitchen with island, separate dining room with seating for 6. You'll enjoy benches and desk space to hook up your computers or just sit back on the third floor and enjoy a good summer read. The Tower is also upstairs offering beautiful Seaside town views.

Main Floor:
Bedroom 1:Queen master retreat with flat screen and private, updated bathroom (shower only)
Living room, kitchen and dining area
Second Floor: Dual twin guestroom (sleeps 2) with hall bath
Bedroom 3: King bed master retreat with flat screen TV and designer bathroom with shower and separate tub. Off (connected through) the master bedroom is an oversized bonus room with bunk bed with trundle (sleeps 3) and a new, large and comfortable sectional- perfect for Television watching and a perfect teen space! This room is private but is only accessed by walking through the master bedroom. This room also has a private balcony.
