The property is cute, in a cute neighborhood. Location is central to everything in downtown or east Atlanta and close to highways 75 and 20. The inside is a bit run down. Nothing terrible, perhaps it’s par for the price.

The place was overall amazing, expect the heat. We struggled trying to warm the place up. I suggest not having it set to 55 in 32 degree weather and when someone books possibly try and warm it up. We spent over 5hrs to even get it in the 60’s. It was sooo cold.
