A beautiful, spacious, and clean two bedroom, two bathroom condo with one of the best locations in Fort Lauderdale Beach! Almost everything you want and need is within a close walking distance including restaurants, grocery store, shopping mall, water taxi, bars/lounges, 24 hour convenience store and more. You will also enjoy the many complimentary amenities and services that the condo has to offer.

The large two bedroom condo rental sleeps up to eight people. There are a total of four beds (a king size bed in each bedroom plus a sleeper sofa and a murphy bed in the living room) The kitchen is well-appointed with granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, complete set of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The dining room seats six people. The living room has a TV and DVD player, a sleeper sofa and a murphy bed (shown in pictures). The primary bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and a TV. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and a TV. There is also a balcony with a patio table and two chairs.

Guest Access:
All guests will have access to the pool, jacuzzi, saunas, fitness center, and laundry facility. In addition, there is a concierge on the property from Sunday through Thursday to assist with local information. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day.

Beach-side Neighborhood:
The property is within a beach-side neighborhood which is full of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. Also within walking distance is a large supermarket, the Galleria Mall, the Water Taxi, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, the Bonnet House, and the beach.

Getting around:
The property is conveniently located near Sunrise Blvd and A1A. This makes it easy to get around Fort Lauderdale and South Florida. Parking is included. There are public bus stops within a short walk and taxi cabs are always around the neighborhood. The airport is about 15 minutes away and the cruise port is about 10 minutes away. Miami is about 40 minutes away.

Stays may be subject to a resort fee of $75 (subject to change) due at check-in. (This fee is one-time per week stay, not a nightly fee).

All units are non-smoking. Smoking permitted on balcony or patios.
Units are assigned after booking, in seven night increments. Multiple week stays may be booked, room moves may be required.

Front desk operates 24 hours/day.

No motor homes, trailers, or boats allowed on the property or street.

Packages may be received at the resort for $5 fee.

We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. The property was clean and a nice space and the location being so close to the beach and great dinner spots could not be beat! Check out Smilemart across the street for great breakfast sandwiches and a lovely staff.

Fantastic Condo

The location of this place is fantastic! It offers a beautiful view of the Bonnet House Museum and Gardens property. Plus, it’s right next to the beach and Hugh Taylor Birch State Park.The condo is large with nicely furnished rooms, and the beds are comfortable.I mentioned a minor maintenance issue at the front desk, and the staff was very responsive and resolved it promptly.

Convenient and comfortable

I enjoyed renting this condo because it was two blocks from the beach, had several quality restaurants close by and had a nice hot tub and game room. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and the front desk was extremely helpful. We would definitely rent this property again.

The location was perfect with incredible sunset views of the inter coastal and some ocean south. Spacious condo reasonably priced but was disappointed the pool bar was closed, ice machine off, sauna closed, all due to covid. Dated decor but the price was right for location and view.

The property was exactly what I expected ot to be. The pictures and description were both accurate. I would have like the bathrooms to be cleaner but we made out. I usually bring cleaning supplies when I travel. The property was in a excellent location. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend to a friend.

Unfortunately we had bad weather but we were so grateful to have a spacious room. We stayed in the two bedroom two bathroom unit and there was a ton of room for our family of 4. The room itself was great and clean. The resort can use some work in common areas. But if you’re going for a great location that’s close to the beach and the state park with plenty to do close by , this place was great for the price.

Our first trip to Fort Lauderdale

We rented a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. Very spacious. There could have been more living room seating for us (four adults). The beds really weren’t very comfortable, old mattresses, the sheets were clean but there wasn’t a comforter, just two blankets. The cover top sheet, we removed it because it was so worn. The suite was clean and large so four adults didn’t really get in the way of one another.The pool is very small for a larger hotel. But, the nature around the area to sit and watch was great. The iguanas living in the trees were spectacular, we enjoyed our balcony watching them and the ocean view. Nightlife was good but very expensive in the general vicinity. A lot of traffic over in that area. We would probably return.

More apartment than resort

We thought booked a 2 bedroom condo looking at the inter coastal. We ended up with a 2 bedroom suite on the end of the building facing the ocean. It was after VRBO booking, we found out it was a “resort” it was scary at first not knowing what we were getting until we walked in. But our Vrbo host was excellent about calming me back down. :). Highly responsive. The kitchen was great! The bedrooms were great! The Murphy bed was great. The bathrooms were good. The staff I talked to were all friendly and helpful. The hide-abed couch was terrible. If I had one complaint it was there was nowhere near enough comfortable places to sit. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Was perfect for our needs with teens, adults and a 8 yr old. The laundry facilities are in the basement and worked out well for us. The location is really really good. Easy walking to everything from bars, shopping groceries and Starbucks. We also walked to water taxi and road it twice including New Year’s Eve tour. It’s literally right between 2 parks (Bonnett House and Hugh Taylor Birch) then beach and inter coastal. Kids loved exploring. One elevator broke when we were there which made it painful due to covid but most people were great about it and it was repaired in a couple hours. Concierge is available for discount tickets to everything as well. So if you think of it as a little dated apartment, not a resort and are not super fussy I think you will love it here. It’s clean lodging and in a great spot for a large family. Make sure you get the larger rooms though. It was a great value. I would NOT recommend a studio room though. Nowhere to sit comfortably, no deck. They work great attached to the larger rooms but not good alone in my opinion.

Ft Lauderdale beach resort

This was a lovely property and I enjoyed everything about it. The bartender was hilarious and made us feel very welcome. The condo could certainly use some sharper knives and a better skillet, but most people probably don’t cook as much as we do while on vacation. I would visit again.
