We absolutely loved staying at Kim’s VRBO. It was clean, stocked with amenities, and a really wonderful location. We brought our dog with us too, and the neighborhood was very dog friendly as well! Also, just a 30 minute walk to Wrigley Field! We would love to stay here again.
Great neighborhood and clean, nicely appointed home
The house was perfect. The location allowed for plenty of dining options in walking distance and was in a very family friendly neighborhood. I felt very safe. There was plenty of street parking.
Had a great time visiting Chicago for my Dad’s Birthday- were took in a Cubs game and ate locally. Everything was close and we loved how quiet the street was in the morning. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Chicago.
The property was extremely clean and exactly as advertised. Communication with Kim was fantastic. I highly recommend staying at this property and if we are in the area again, it’s the first place I’ll attempt to book.
Great location, plenty of restaurants, close to Wrigley and downtown.
The neighborhood - full of families and dog-walkers - was so friendly and quiet. The property is beautiful and well-maintained with everything you would need.
Property was just as advertised. Roscoe Village is a charming location. Will look to stay here again next year for the Chicago Marathon. Thank you for the hospitality.
We stayed at Roscoe Village Inn while visiting family in the area. The property is fantastic. It’s stocked with everything we needed. Spacious and comfortable. Great location on a quiet street and excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again!
We sold our home in Roscoe Village a year ago. We enjoyed being back in the neighborhood for a month this fall. This place was perfect for us. Comfortable furniture and beds and everything we needed to cook and eat in.

wonderful place
Very well done, well kept up place. Very comfortable with plenty of room and well equipped kitchen. Ideal location close to Wrigley Field, El, and Roscoe Village. Owner was quick to respond to inquiries. Really enjoyed our stay. Would return.
My family and I stayed in July in Roscoe Village. The neighborhood is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and nearby shopping. Easy access to the L half a mile away. Safe to walk, plenty of dog walkers, runners, and bikers. The property was clean and well appointed. No problems!
Really great apartment in a super cute neighborhood. Quite spacious and bright. Pantry well stocked with cooking essentials. Very quiet at night. Trader Joes and Whole Foods in walking distance. Lots of places to eat a short walk away. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror in the first bedroom.
Everything was perfect for our week in Chicago. The apartment is very accessible for getting on public transport to get into the city. It is also walkable to lots of locations such as Wrigley Field, Southport, Roscoe Village. In a nice quiet residential area.
The apartment has everything you need for either a short or long stay.
Can’t fault anything about this property. Hopefully we will return as we fell in love with Chicago.
We were so impressed with how comfortable and charming Roscoe Village Inn was. Kim was beyond helpful after a very difficult series of plane cancellations and travel changes. The space was very spacious and perfect for all our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed for ourselves and our infant daughter and the bathroom was well stocked with everything we needed. Kim was available and communicating well, and was very gracious about making arrangements to keep our luggage secure since our plane got pushed back so late. Just a wonderful experience and I would highly reccomend.
This was a great location located conveniently to Wrigley Field (we went to three games) and downtown (using either the Brown Line station a few blocks from the unit or catching a bus down Addison to the Red Line. The apartment was exactly as described and included two shared washer and dryer sets in the basement which we used late at night. We did not have any problem with the shared arrangement. Kim was always very responsive and was a great host. We are looking forward to visiting in the future.

I don't often review properties, but felt this one deserved a glowing one. The apartment is cleaner than my home and very well set up. The bathroom was great - not typical of an older apartment. Everything was comfortable and the directions for entering the unit, using the tv, etc were all very clear. We loved the neighborhood and getting to the loop was just a short walk to the el. It was also surprisingly quiet - which was nice since I am a light sleeper. Highly recommended!

PERFECT!
Everything about this apartment was perfect. Fantastic location. Easy access to the Brown Line, Red Line, Blue Line, Addison Bus, and Belmont Bus. Trader Joes and Whole Foods within walking distance! Lovely neighborhood. All the comforts of home and then some. The apartment is beautiful, full of light, and so relaxing. I was in town to visit my daughter and she ended up spending 3 of the 4 nights with me. She said it was like a mini vacation. My favorite hotel was sold out during this visit. Thank goodness! I have a new favorite place to stay now.
We were in Chicago to celebrate our wedding anniversary and attend a couple of Cubs games. The apartment was very comfortable. We felt right at home. The neighborhood was also comfortable - we felt safe - and enjoyed the dogs and families we encountered. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the walkers go buy. We even experienced a great sunset from the front porch. We didn't spend much time in the backyard but it was just as cozy as the apartment - grill and seating available. Roscoe Street, with plenty of bars and restaurants, was just a few blocks away. Wrigley field was a convenient 30 minute stroll away. We were on foot for our visit and found everything we needed within walking distance. We took the EL downtown for the day with ease. Everything in the apartment was as shown - the kitchen was stocked with every gadget a cook could dream of along with the basic necessities (spices, cling wrap, foil, etc.). We will definitely make this our home away from home any time we visit Chicago. Thank you, Kim, for making our stay memorable.

Great Family Spring Break in the city!
Our family of 5 (3 kids) had a great time at Kim and Ron's place! Roscoe Village Inn is exactly like the pictures. A great location to all fun things. We will never stay in downtown Chicago again! You are steps away from so much and a quick drive or Uber ride to all things downtown! If you come, you have to try all the local restaurants and just walk around the cute downtown area. The train is also close as well. The townhouse is spotless, and has all the amenities needed (and I am super picky!) We ate out almost everyday but had a meal in and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc..Every detail was taken care of even down to fresh flowers through out the house! The only complaint would be that we did not stay longer!! Thanks Kim for a great place and we will definitely be back!
The property was beautiful and well maintained, in a great neighborhood, and fit our family of 5 well. We appreciated all of the extra touches like Legos on the back porch for our son, extra blankets, hangers, suitcase stand, plenty of towels, and extra toiletries. We liked Roscoe Village and it's proximity to the Brown Line and local coffee shops and eateries.
A great two bedroom apartment in the heart of Roscoe Village, a quiet neighborhood with good local restaurants and bars. The amenities were great and our host quickly responded to any questions I had. The apartment is dog friendly and both my dogs enjoyed it and the walks around the neighborhood. Only 20 minutes to drive to downtown and about 40 minutes taking the train. Would recommend to any looking for a getaway to Chicago without the big city feel.
