This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom comes with all utilities included, offers the choice of a private housekeeper who will handle your laundry, I have a tiny house on the side of the main house where the housekeeper lives in. She doesn't use the lanai, the parking lot, or invade anyone's privacy . Close proximity to the Ft. Myers airport (10 to 15 minutes away), numerous dining options nearby, Ft. Myers Beach and Bonita Beach both a 30-minute drive away, and the opportunity to rent out a 2019 Jaguar E-Pace on property. Additionally, you can enjoy the patio's fireplace at your leisure.
