I feel fortunate to have landed on such an idyllic spot - a true Zen Haven for myriad reasons: 1) Front row seat to the parade of boats on the Intracoastal while also facing a beautiful wildlife refuge. 2) An ideal host who went the extra mile to ensure my stay was special. 3) Centrally located - a short walk to the beach and easy access up & down the coast.

Fantastic!

Visited Deerfield to see family. The townhome is beautiful. The location perfect, walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Sitting outside watching the boats and yachts go by with morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine was amazing The perfect start and end to a day. Jerod was very responsive with a couple initial questions. We already booked our next stay.

Amazing Property/Amazing Owner

Modern Zen was perfection for our vacation stay. The home is beautiful, clean, modern, and so comfortable. The water view is amazing and the boat watching our favorite part of each day. Things we loved- the modern kitchen, indoor/outdoor living, insanely comfortable beds, the closet spaces, gorgeous bathrooms, and more. We were grateful to the owner, Jerod, for all of his kindness and communication throughout our experience. He’s top notch. We did not want to leave and will book again next year! Truly lovely and cared for home… it exceeded all our expectations!

Our seven-night stay in the Modern Zen Townhome that the hosts have created met or exceeded all our expectations! We were looking for a place that included upscale design, high-end finishes, amazing location, and privacy. We found all of those in this property.It's located on the Intercoastal Waterway. It's very private, with just the boats sailing by, coming and going from the ocean inlet to the north. This is fascinating and fun to watch and does not invade on your privacy at all.The interior of the home is very well appointed with high quality appliances, furniture, and fixtures. The master suite on the second floor is spacious with a gorgeous walk-in closet and a spectacular bathroom - equipped with soaking tub, spacious walk-in rain shower, and a bidet equipped electronic toilet with heated seat. Super comfortable and all of it with a full wall view of the Intercoastal with a deck. Remote control drapes allowed you to create privacy as you choose.The deck, dock, putting green, and exterior finishes were very well done and created an outdoor space to enjoy a glass of wine, lunch or dinner, and relaxation. Great for morning coffee!The host, Jerod, was super responsive and attentive to our every need. I appreciate a host that creates a great space and maintains it flawlessly for all guests and Jerod does that.You will be very pleased with this property, and I highly recommend it!

This place is Awesome! Beautifully decorated, open layout with putting green and dock out back that we really enjoyed. Kitchen had everything and showers had great water pressure - even had heated toilet seats, no detail overlooked. Very close walk to the beach and restaurants which we took full advantage of. Jarod our host is a great guy and responds immediately - gave us great recommendations during our 2 week stay. Definitely will be staying here when we visit again.

Hi all. I was born here in Deerfield Beach 46 years ago. We love our quaint little beach town. We renovated this house to live in while doing a big renovation, so no detail was missed. Engineering plans changed so now we would love to host in our amazing place. There are no better views of all the mega yachts going by with a park across the intracoastal.
