Great peaceful place!

This place was perfect for our stay. The hosts were so friendly, and the place had everything. Wifi was great, beds were great, everything was so clean. Kitchen was so well stocked. Backyard was so peaceful. Our dog loved it too. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent property. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of mountains and lake. Great patio area and lots of games and movies, although no time to enjoy it this trip. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. Entrance steps might be issue for someone with mobility issues but otherwise accessible. Hosts very helpful. Would stay again.

Loved this Place

We loved this place. It was perfect for us with room to spare. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The yard was great for our dog. The owners were very easy going and willing to answer questions and make the stay pleasant. We will certainly consider staying there again in the future.

Chill factor

The description claims few stairs - there is 10 they are sloped to the downhill side, no hand rails, no switch at gate for lighting. Basement was cold asked multiple time to increase heat. He did raise it two nights out of the six nights we stayed. We had to get a heater close the door in the deform to stay warm. There is a small electric heater in library that didn’t heat the area. He informed that he put a new smart thermostat in, that’s great for upstairs but zero control for the basement. Clean, quiet, beautiful home and yard.

July 4th getaway

Great little apartment. Comfortable bed. The AC works great! But a bit too cool. Very nice backyard and patio. Very secluded. Our dogs loved the yard. Beautiful area. Quiet neighborhood and very safe.

Nic and Maira, raised three children in this mountain country home. They love to travel and use Vrbo often. When children moved out the converted there daylight basement and open outdoor kitchen/party area into a cozy area for guests. Friends raving about the beautiful yard and accommodations convinced them to host. They enjoy meeting people. And wanted to provide some of the peace they have gained from staying with hosts on there travel. They welcome you to the rest and peace They have structure for you.

Why they chose this property

The area is located on the south side of the valley. High up on the mountains. A view of Utah lake, and closeness to the city and shoping. Make this a perfect getaway. Deer, qual, humming birds and all other birds are commen visitors to the property. The home is set well above the city air. Making it fresh and robust. The neighborhood is quiet and slow pace, with the most friendly people you will ever meet. And you will as many hike up past the house to enter the forest for a mountian hike.

What makes this property unique

The property has a large yard. Nic and Maira have cultivated a beautiful yard full of flowers grass fruit trees and shade. Truly a peaceful place in the summer. And wintertime is no less beautiful with a blanket of white cast across the yard. Cold yes, but striking. A large covered summertime outdoor kitchen, makes a bundled up heaven in wintertime. And a great place to be outside but not getting wet during spring and fall time.
