Welcome to your cozy haven next to the Payson Temple! With 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and space for up to 16 guests, our bright, modern home is designed for comfort and connection.

Relax across 11 beds, with an optional air mattress for added flexibility. Spread out amongst the media room with arcade games, air hockey and surround sound entertainment, or the downstairs studio space for a work out, or the spacious living room upstairs. Perfect for weddings, temple visits, or family getaways!

Step into a bright and welcoming space with convenient keypad access, where comfort and modern design come together. The main floor greets you with an expansive living area, complete with a plush sectional and a large dining table with bench seating for up to 11 guests. Perfect for gathering, the newly remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, a gas stove, and everything you need for cooking, from pots and pans to small appliances like a slow cooker and Vitamix. The fridge includes filtered water and an ice-making machine, so you’ll always have cool drinks on hand.

Sleeping Arrangements
Each bedroom is fitted with a closet and extra blankets.

Primary Bedroom (Main Floor): King bed, smart TV, walk-in closet with vanity station, and a newly updated bathroom with a modern walk-in shower and LED lighting. Features blackout curtains, a ceiling fan with dimmable lights, and a floor mirror.

Second Bedroom (Main Floor): Queen bed with velvet upholstery, nightstands, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, and a small mirror.

Third Bedroom (Main Floor): Two twin beds with kid-friendly mattresses, children’s books, whimsical cloud nightlights, and a ceiling fan.

California King (Downstairs): Spacious and bright with a large dresser, smart TV, nightstands, and a floor mirror.

Kids’ Bunk Room (Downstairs): Two sets of floor bunks, toys, a smart TV, and a weight limit of 300 lbs on the top bunks for safety.

The house was clean, fully equipped and was there was plenty of space for our large family to visit and stay entertained. The movie/game room was great for the kids as well as the fenced in backyard. We really enjoyed this house by the temple. The house has 6 bedrooms and a game room. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and be comfortable. Our daughter got married in the temple so it was very convenient for our family with a special needs son to have this space. We would definitely stay again. The kitchen and house was well stocked with items we would need for the stay.

We had our daughter and son-in-law and her family driving in from Colorado so Michael could attend a two-day conference in Salt Lake, while three of us drove from California to meet them. This property worked beautifully for all our needs--four kids ages 2-15, privacy for two married couples, a professional working single who needed to be able to take care of things working remotely in and around family time. It was very clean, with comfortable beds for all, quiet and private, yet easy to access grocery stores, etc. The kids were delighted with the air hockey, games, and books.We also had space to host two extended family dinners of 14 people and 13 people so our Colorado kids got to meet and enjoy people they have very few opportunities to see. We had had a different place reserved, which we then couldn't use because they had flooding, so we were fortunate to find something that worked so well for us in the short time we had before our planned trip. Nathalie was very helpful and prompt responding to any questions, check out was very easy, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

This home is even more beautiful in person. It was calming and relaxing, exactly what we needed. It fit all of us very comfortably and the kids and teenagers loved the theatre and fitness room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Great stay.

This house is wonderful, exactly what we needed. Absolutely loved the location, so close to the temple and anything else you need just minutes away. The house has everything that you could possibly need for a great stay. The furniture is comfortable and there’s space to spread out if you need, but also has great gathering spaces. Hosts are great as well!!

Amazing House

We don’t have one bad thing to say about this property! It was incredible. It had everything we could’ve possibly wanted or needed to make our stay comfortable and fun and the owners were great at communicating and giving clear instructions. We enjoyed the backyard and the downstairs movie room the most and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great house. Had everything we needed *except ice. 😊 Plenty of space/rooms. We stayed here as a close option for enjoying the fall festival at young living farms in Mona Utah. There were 7 adults had lots of empty rooms/beds.

Perfect for our daughter’s wedding

This property exceeded my expectations. Plenty of room for our family and all the amenities we could ask for. There was even a garment steamer for my daughter’s wedding dress!! The temple house

We loved the Payson Temple House, it was a very nice location, the home had plenty of room with space for all to be comfortable. The yard was great for the kids as well. Nathalie was very informative and helpful. 6 bedrooms was perfect for our family and the Theater room was super comfortable. We will be back soon!

The property rental was a perfect location and home base for our son’s wedding at the Payson temple (right next door) and luncheon in Elk Ridge. The property comfortably fit 7 adults, a teenager and two infants with plenty of room for all of us. It was cozy and comfortable and had all that we needed. We were able to park our Silverado, Suburban and 3 sedans on the driveway and garage. Beautiful home, would definitely stay here again. Thanks for providing a great place to stay!

Great location and lots of room

Great location and lots of room. Easy keyless access to the house. Lots of extra kitchen appliances and a great common area. You can fit 4 cars without parking on the street. 1 in garage, 1 on the driveway, and 2 on the gravel. We got about 8 inches of snow in one day and someone came and immediately shoveled the driveway and sidewalk to the house. It was amazing!! We will stay here again.

Lack of cleanliness made it difficult to enjoy. Showers were dirty, there was hair on the floors and clumps of hair hanging from a towel. The shower curtains were very dirty but replaced the next day when we messaged them. The windows throughout have not been cleaned in sometime. The oven has not been cleaned in a long time. Drains missing from sinks and tubs. Screws missing from outlets. Blinds were broken in multiple rooms. Property has not been maintained. Manager was quick to respond and gave us some money back and seemed very nice. However, if something else had been available, we would’ve moved to another rental else.

Great location by the Payson Temple

The location was so close to the Payson temple where we stayed. It had all the comforts of home and plenty of room for our stay. The host was helpful and went the extra mile for us. I have only one suggestion. We came with our adult children and all married couples. 3 of the 6 bedrooms had childrens bunk beds. As you have funds avaliable, I'd invest in queen or king beds. Then couples and or kids can be comfortable. Especially since adults are prime for visiting the temple. I'd still keep it family/kid friendly. I loved the toys and books for kids. We will definitely share the good news if the Payson temple house. Perfect for weddings, anniversaries, etc.
