Great vacation and excellent place to stay. We enjoyed tying off to the dock and just floating the day away. Plenty of room for multiple families. Can't wait to go back.

Hi, I’m Cortnee and my husband is Sterling, we have 4 children, 3 girls (10, 8 & 5) and a little boy (3), in that order. We are all born and raised in Alaska, and love living in this beautiful state.

Alaska summers are hard to beat, we love to be out fishing, camping, hiking, 4wheeling, and hunting as a family. Spending time as a family is time we cherish together.

A very beautiful quiet neighborhood. A few neighbors but large property sizes, helps you feel not as close.

What makes this property unique

A large 3 bedroom house, a beautiful ensuite bathroom, with clawfoot tub and a walking shower off the master bedroom, with a King size bed. In bedroom number 2, there is also a King size bed. In bedroom number three, there are 4 twin size beds, 2 in a loft style, and 2 below on bed frames.

The house has a beautiful grassed yard, with a trampoline. The house has a large deck, with a HOT tub, a fabulous grill, and patio furniture, if wanting to enjoy the outdoors.
