Exceptional property and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- easy access to the Parkway and central to all attractions. Very nice to have 2 master suite’s on main level. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day at the parks, Dollywood and sightseeing. Looking forward to returning and rebooking.

Great pool house. Close to parkway. Very nice updated home that we enjoyed. Spent our days at the pool , then a quicj trip to Patriot Park for July 4 weekend concerts and fireworks . Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone.

This was a wonderful place to stay at... the bonus is having your own on-site pool, hot tub, and a lot of entertainment downstairs. If I come back to Tennessee, this would be the place to stay!

Super clean rooms, the communication with the host was very quick & helpful throughout. The location was great, so close to Publix without having to get on the strip. It was quiet & peaceful there. We did have a few issues the host resolved these immediately. The couch could use some large firm cushions as it's very deep seated & even out 6'1 person was leaning way back, also there was no other seating in the small living room. The beds were all extremely firm & non-forgiving at all, every person complained about their bed. The kitchen was more than adequate! They need more comfy furniture through especially on the deck, where we spent most our time. The Pac-Man did not work & the gear shift on the racecar didn't work but the kids enjoyed nerf fun battles & the pool. The pool was wonderful! The listing did mention no refund for non working electronics so we were aware. However we got to enjoy, safely but up close encounters with a black bear family. There was a mama & 4 cubs & a large male bear. We were up on the upstairs deck & could safely get inside the sliding door. We have wonderful video of the cubs climbing & lounging in the tree. I will attach photos in this post. We stayed during Jeep invasion &,will stay on the strip next time for that event . We would recommend this house as the location, communication, privacy & cleanliness was great.

Came down from the Indianapolis area and stayed for 3 nights with my girlfriend, her daughter, and our two dogs. First impressions were that the place looked awesome. Property looked well kept and the landscaping was cool. Entering into the house, all of us were pretty excited. Plenty of room for us four and we all were settled in and got comfortable quick! Very clean inside and welcoming. Girlfriend and I stayed upstairs with the dogs and the daughter basically had full roam of the downstairs. She loved the bunk beds and slept in a different one every night. All of us enjoyed all the activities that the lower level had to offer but had plenty of fun upstairs as well. Couches and beds were all comfy! Kitchen was very well stocked with just about everything you’d need to make meals. We cooked just about every meal we ate there during our stay. Pool area was nice to cool down and relax in in the evening after a hot day out exploring the national park. Hot tub was also great to soak in after sitting by a fire at the fire pit! Speaking of the fire pit, we witnessed a black bear rummaging through a neighbor’s trash can while enjoying a fire one night which we thought was awesome. The day prior another bear hit that same can while we were in the pool! Within 20 ft of us! The only issue we really had during our stay was initially getting connected to the wifi which was resolved quickly messaging with the host. Other than that absolutely no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

We've rented through VRBO for over 10 years and this property and host's were the best by far. Everthing about "Just Poolin" was perfect. Justin was always very prompt in responding and got someone ASAP to clean the pool when it was needed due to rain. Would definitely love to stay with Smoky Mtn Vacation Cabins again.

Great house for a family stay. Pool was just the right size for our 6 kids. Game room was super fun once we got all the controllers synced upcorrectly. Very responsive host. We even got to see a bear in the neighborhood!

The location and pool were definitely the highlights of this property! We had a great time and the communication from the host was fantastic throughout our stay.The house itself could use a little TLC. There were some small holes behind doors and scuff marks on the walls, but a fresh coat of paint would really brighten it up.One of the main reasons we chose this property was the game room. Unfortunately, none of the Nerf guns worked, the arcade game wasn't working, and several of the board games were mixed together or missing pieces, so we had to sort through them before we could play. The pool floats that were provided also couldn't be inflated because they had holes in them.I'd also recommend bringing a few extra supplies, as only four towels and two rolls of toilet paper were provided. Thankfully they supplied packets for us to wash the towels.Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the great location, beautiful pool, and excellent communication from the host. With a little maintenance and some attention to the game room and pool accessories, this property would be even better.
