A beautiful piece of paradise nestled in between orange groves on over 1.25 acres, brand new oversized pool. Enjoy fishing off the doc in your back yard with one of the best fishing canals in Highlands county. Our home is just a hop skip and jump away from a private access lake! Sebring International Raceway is 25 min away, Lego-land a little over an hour, Lake Okeechobee where some of the biggest Bass can be spotted and is a short drive away! POOL OR HOT TUB CAN NOT BE HEATED.

One of the best we've stayed. Plenty of supplies. Effectively and well furnished in every way from condiments to the Apple TV. Extraordinarily spacious and immaculately clean! Overkill for two of us but that is the way we like it. A little far from everything but if you have a car it's no problem.

We travel a lot for business and have rented dozens for homes to house our employees, many in the Lake Placid area. This was the best in the area, by far. My employees have requested that we look at this one 1st for any future work in this area. Roomy, comfortable, good beds, well stocked. A+

Peaceful and Relaxing!

The home is everything we thought it would be and much more. Spacious, charming rooms, and most important clean. The home is not cluttered and this makes it very nice to come in and make it your home for your stay. We enjoyed fishing right from the backyard. We also put in our Jon boat and fished the pond. We caught some big fish! Overall a relaxing spring vacation! Juanita communicated with us efficiently and promptly and answered all our questions.

Wow! Could not have been better!

Had a4 & 6 year old boys & their room was perfect! Superheroes & hot wheels! Their favorites. Whole house was spotless & perfectly decorated. Loved the walk in closet & master bath. The pool set up is amazing!! We spent 90% of our vacation in on the property- no reason to leave. The website pictures do not do this place justice. Juanita & Scott we’re very quick to answer our texts and so gracious. Perfect vaca!!!

Beautiful home! Very spacious everything we needed and more! We caught so many fish it was a blast! If i could give more than a 5 star rating i would! Took my parents and our two teen grandsons and will cherish the memories made here. Juanita the owner is wonderful to deal with.only regret is we never got to meet bit knew if we needed her she was very prompt. Could go on and on and would come to this property again. House nicely decorated ..very clean comfy beds and so spacious😀thank you juanita for sharing your lovely property with our family!!!!

Was not able to check in on time due to the cleaning issue,once we did check-in the refrigerator had mold at the bottom. I called the manager/owner to update/advise her on what was going on with her cleaning staff, also sent a video showing the mold. no response until halfway through the stay. The neighbors were videoing us our entire stay. I was told there was a fee to heat the hot tub in the description,It does not state that there is any additional fees for using utilizing the pool nor hot tub. At the end of the day because there was so many disturbing incidents throughout the visit within the communication to management. I Provided proof toVRBO of all claims. And I am waiting on a response.

Per the agreement parties are not permitted. Over 30 people were at our house and the video taping was so they could report the violation to the board and to the Police. The party goers parked over 30 vehicles at the house and carved their names into the furniture and broke several items so the deposit was not refunded.

Juanita is an awesome host. We arrived late, the lights were on, home was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Was in town for a race, shared with two others. It was a great stay, didn't get to be at the home much since we were there for work but, it was a comfortable place to come home to after a long day at the track. Would stay here again for sure.

Family vacation

We had a great time in LP. I grew up here and we came to visit my dad for a few days. We wanted a place big enough for the five of us to relax and visit. The house was perfect. It was in a great location, close to town and to Lake June. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and It was equipped with all you need for an extended stay.... plenty of linens and kitchen cookware/ dishes. My husband and son enjoyed fishing in the backyard and caught a few fish during our stay. Juanita was a great host responding quickly to any inquiry. We would definitely come back to stay here.

Great Time In Lake Placid, FL

Our recent stay in Lake Placid was exceptional. Even before our arrival, the owner (Juanita) graciously provided us with very timely information in response to our questions. Upon arrival we found a beautiful home that was extremely well decorated - complete with a Christmas tree. Every room was very comfortable and offered plenty of space for spending time with family. We especially enjoyed the newly built dock out back that sat on a nice canal. Fishing was great. Tons of large mouth bass for catch and release. Everyone had a great time at this property and we would highly recommend it to others in search of a beautiful home to rent. Dean & Becky Michael
