Welcome to Marguerite DeVille by KEES Vacations!

Marguerite DeVille is a newly renovated eight-bedroom home that comfortably sleeps 18 guests! She is located one block off the beach with a beautiful ocean view, just steps from the wide sandy beaches of Corolla! When you're not on the beach, enjoy Marguerite DeVille's tropical backyard paradise!

This home has its own private pool and hot tub with palm trees and hammock for relaxing and chilling out with your favorite beverage. The custom built in gas grill with granite countertops and bar area is perfect for grilling out and entertaining! Marguerite DeVille also has a custom pergola seating area for visiting with family and friends. The custom stone fire pit with seating is perfect to enjoy Smore's and an evening by the fire! For the more active ones there is a sand volleyball court, basketball court or a game of horseshoes!

The third level is where the newly renovated kitchen and great room are located. You will enjoy cooking in your state-of-the-art kitchen with custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. A dining area with two large tables to accommodate all of your guests. The great room has a large widescreen TV with Bose sound bar and a linear gas fireplace. There is a crows nest seating area with table for family gatherings and board games, all with ocean views. This level also has a half bath.

The second level has three king En Suites, two queen size bedrooms that share a full bathroom. There is also a laundry room on this level with full-size washer and dryer.

First level is full of fun! There is a theater room with widescreen TV and surround sound, pool table and wet bar with a full-size refrigerator! Two queen size bedrooms, a double bunk bedroom and two full bathrooms.

This property has 8 parking spots for guests.

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

Great house!

We had 16 people at the house earlier this month and the amenities and location were great. 2 minute walk to the beach, volleyball court, grill, great seating areas, close to the supermarket...Hard to beat! The kitchen and living area have also been newly redone. Great stay--thanks.

Great location and property

House exactly as shown, loved the location, close to beach, town and stores. The house is exactly as pictured. Plenty of space. Kitchen had plenty of pots pans utensils etc. Definitely recommend!

Great family vacation spot!

We absolutely loved the house and area. We did feel the cleanliness of the property needed improvement. (ie: trash can was full, towels outside, drink bottles on the pool deck, needs carpet cleaned) We notified Kees but we did the pick up. We would recommend this place and will try it again in the future.

Nice location & average house.

The house over all was good, needs a little tlc in some areas, but that’s due to wear & tear (ex. Only one side of the toaster barely worked, beds & pillows weren’t so great). Nice location & easy walk to the beach. Food lion was literally right down the corner, which was nice. The tile floors were not cleaned (if they were- not very good). All in all it was a great trip for us & this house was ok.

A beautiful house with an amazing view

It is a beautiful house and I would stay here again. My only complaint is that the propane for the grill was out. We planned a family cookout and had to go out and buy more propane because we didn't realize it was out. The kitchen was full of tools that made our family meals easy to prepare. Two dishwashers were a big help. The backyard is set up beautifully. We had our family reunion here and there was truly something for everyone.

End of Summer Trip

The house had everything we needed to have one last big trip of the summer! The pool outside was our saving grace, especially when the beach was a little too windy and choppy to swim. The house was clean, some cigar debris left in the fire pit from a previous stay however, everything else was clean. Our only complaint was that the house was made to sleep up to 18 people however, upon our arrival, there was only enough toilet paper/soap provided for 5 people. Kees was very quick to respond and drop off additional toiletry items during our stay. Otherwise we had an amazing stay and would love to visit again!

Location and amenities of the house were terrific. Be cautious with relying on the photos posted online though, they are obviously taken by someone who knows how to use photography to make spaces look larger than they really are. The lower level/game room is dark, damp, and much smaller than it appears online. The house was also severely in need of a deep clean (door jams - railings inside house black with grime, ceiling fans covered with so much dust it flew everywhere when turning on fans, and pans in cupboards covered in grease). We also arrived to several maintenance issues - nails popping up out of decking in main walkways, no shelves in door to fridge, outdoor shower didn’t work, cracked lounge chair on deck, hot tub leaking underneath which dripped directly in front of bedroom door exit below,

Great Vacation

The people that take care of the property couldn’t have been nicer or better. We had one problem that the grill was dirty and we texted the company. They had somebody there in 15 minutes and he spent hours cleaning the grill. The kitchen is amazing. stocked with anything you need. I would definitely rent this house again. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes. It was a great vacation. we have a huge family and everybody sat at the huge table at dinner and it was great. The beds were comfortable. The house was as cool as you wanted it to be. I was worried about them, if they you couldn’t change the temperature but you could put it on whatever you needed. It was very clean. The pool was beautiful and clean.

Great time few disappoints

Was a great trip, walk to beach was short with nice walkway! Was a storm one night the next day the to check on hot tub we asked if he could clean pool because there way a lot of debris in it said he didn’t have time but he actually came back next day and cleaned it which was unexpected and greatly appreciated! Are only issue was that we couldn’t get any TV other than living room to work. Basketball ball hoop needs replaced.

Great location and gorgeous home!

Our stay in Corolla was wonderful. We had 11 adults and 2 small children in our stay and had an entire bedroom that we didn't even use. There was plenty of room for each couple to have their own spaces and everything from the layout to the location was great. Our main issue we had was with cleaning up a mess. We needed a vacuum to clean up a mess and had to wait a day to get a vacuum cleaner. The cleaning staff did a great job with delivering towels every day and were very helpful. Another small concern was the cleanliness of furniture and under the furniture. One of the couches has a few stains on it. We had to move a couch in another area (someone dropped their phone under it) and found that the area had not been cleaned in some time. The main areas of the house - kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were very well maintained and were perfect for our family vacation. I would absolutely recommend this house to my closest friends and family. Just be prepared to walk up and down the steps often!

Dirty...the house has a lot potential. Backyard is great! Tv's didn't work and house was dirty!

Our families were excited about our stay and the house looked like it was complete with everything we needed. Unfortunately, we were welcomed with a dirty house and the majority of the tv's not working. The main tv that is by the kitchen would have been the most useful during family time eating and watching news or a sporting event. However, even after calling the rental service company we were still not able to have the tv working. The rental company did send a couple of ladies to help clean the house and a gentleman to help resolve other issues. All were very nice and tried their best to meet our needs. I also called about the hot tub because it was noisy. A service man from the pool company was there the next day as well. Apparently the last group that stayed left a mess. I know our families left the house better than when we first came. For the price we paid to stay three days you would think the house would be clean and everything working. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would think others that rent these properties would respect the owners belongings and treat it like their own house.

Fabulous week at Margueritte Deville

This was a perfect space for our family. So many things to enjoy. We loved the kitchen and table that accommodated all of us. The beach was a little distance for hauling umbrellas and chairs everyday so we did splurge and rent a cabana and chairs.

Huge Home But Needs Updates

The home is big and beautiful; pool area was fun. However, the home needs updated for the price per night. Sofa cover was filthy, carpets stained, only 3 of 8 TVs had working remotes, theater room but tv didn’t work properly, 2 shower curtains were filthy, refrigerator light was hanging by a thread and shelving was missing, and 100 cigarette butts the fire pit!! We made the best of it but I wouldn’t recommend the home.

Great location and layout—marginal condition.

We loved the location and the layout of the house. Furnishings were fine, if a bit shopworn. More than half the refrigerator shelves were broken or missing, and there was no turntable in the microwave. My email to the property manager went unanswered, and it took several calls and a voice Mail to get a response, which was, “We will send the first available maintenance person.” That person arrived the next day and told us they would need to order parts, which did not arrive during our stay. It was a great week and we loved Corolla, but we will probably look for alternatives to a Kees rental next time.

Great Experience

The house was great and close to the beach. I had to contact manager a couple of times to get the key code to access the property and propane tank was empty in grill so I had to call but they brought out a new tank within a couple of hours. We would definitely stay there again.

Almost a Perfect Vacation

Check in was easy and the house was very clean. The pool and the hot tub was clean as well. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing missing was large bowls. The back yard was nice and we'll maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the first five nights but the AC unit that cooled the bedroom and ground floor went down. Kees Rental did what they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible but due to limited resources, we did end up sweating it out. But to be fair Kees did compensate us to our satisfaction for the inconvenience.
