Close to downtown, perfect for our needs at the time. Deeply appreciate the bathroom necessities provided. The coffee bar was perfect! A cup or a pot made hubby happy. I would recommend to a family traveling.

Clean and modern. Was in a good location, central to what we wanted to do. Pretty close to the highway. The neighborhood was fine. We had one small issue with the alarm randomly going off, but it did not interfere with sleep. By the time you read this, it should be fixed

This is a great short term rental. The place was spotless and everything was clearly labeled that made the stay easy. The host was wonderful and made sure had everything we needed. The location was perfect for easy access to Germantown and downtown. We will definitely stay here again when we're in town.

We loved this place! Super easy to get to from the interstate, within mins of downtown, short ride with Uber. We rented it to see our son who lives in Cali with his wife. We hadn’t seen him in 2 years, active military. Very roomy, plenty of beds, there were 5 of us. Myself, husband, youngest son, and our son and his wife. Very clean, welcoming, clear directions for the alarm, vacating and parking. 10/10 would stay here gain while visiting Nashville with more than 3 people. 5

We had a great time in Nashville! Enjoyed the establishments in Germantown (walking distance) and easy to Uber to Music Row! Lots of space at the house and it had everything (and more) that we needed for our 4 day stay! Will be back!

Not sure why you think our place is located in a sketchy area. We are surrounded by Millions dollar cabins that are also for tourist. We take pride in our property and work very hard to keep it in tip top condition. Sorry we missed the mark with you.

Convenient, spacious...just right.

Great stay at Lisa's place. The space was perfect for our group of golfers, and the location was great. Close to downtown, the airport, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay

Close proximity to downtown Nashville. New renovation is very nice, very comfortable beds and nice deck area for enjoying outdoor time. Would definately recommend this location for ease of proximity to the nightlife and wonderful accommodations.
