Great stay. Great hot tub and activities for my kids both in house and at the complex. A bit of a drive into bentonville but manageable. I am sure intermediate/advanced MTB would love the Bella vista access.
Cool dog at the Skill park just a block away!

This property was perfect for our family Christmas vacation! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we've experienced since we've been meeting for Christmas at VRBO properties. The host was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. We loved the layout of the property; the cleanliness and access to many enjoyable activities in the area!

We spent four nights at this house in March. Even though is was very cold part of the time, we stayed warm and cozy inside. The house was roomy enough that my wife and I, plus our daughters family of four (including two teenagers) had a great visit to the Bella Vista area. I would stay here again.

Fabulous Vacation

Mulligan Manor was in a great location for everything our group of 4 wanted to do & see. It was very clean, had many home comforts, the jacuzzi was fabulous. Our host(s) were super responsive, gave great info & clear, concise communication. We hope to visit again someday!

Peaceful! everything we needed!Amaxing stay!

We had family from 3 states meet and stay at Mulligan Manor for a funeral. The house was fantastic! We all had our own space, but large gathering areas where we could sit and spend time together. The house was in excellent condition with absolutely everything we needed! Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The home was clean with a sleek, minimalist vibe, and the covered hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. It’s in a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood where we even got to see some deer, and the location is tough to beat since it's incredibly close to the Back 40 trail. On top of that, the host was fantastic and communicated quickly whenever we needed anything. Just a quick heads-up for future guests: the kitchen is a little tight if you’re cooking for a big group, and you'll definitely want to pack some extra toilet paper and paper towels for your trip.

We also appreciate you sharing a few helpful tips for future guests, and we're grateful you chose to stay with us.

This was a fabulous home, centrally located in Bella Vista. The beds were comfy, the house was clean and well stocked, with plenty of room for our family. Plus, we loved using the hot tub in the evenings and playing ping pong in the garage! I would give it an A and would definitely come back to stay here again! :)
