This has to be one of the better stays we have all had. The location was very convenient, the home was beautiful, very clean, so many spaces for us and our family and kids to use. The weather was rainy the whole trip and it was very nice to have such a great home to relax in together and save the trip.

This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental house! Bill the owner was a great communicator and very responsive. And the fact that there were fresher baked chocolate chip cookies waiting for us was such a sweet surprise! The setting on the lake and all the trees were lovely too as were the multiple decks! We will definitely be back!

Great place to spend time away. The dock was perfect for relaxing, and the lake was very quiet--perfect for floating. House was large enough to comfortably fit everyone without any issues with bathroom space. The kitchen was fully loaded with all cooking necessities.

We live here in NWA and was very excited to have all our kids and grandkids join us from out of state for the holidays. We didn’t have enough room at our house for everyone to stay, so we rented this beautiful home on the lake. We were greeted with delicious cookies and a small Christmas tree with decorations and lights. There were 7 deer that were out grazing in the front yard, and the house was warm, clean and welcoming. There was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the area was peaceful. We will definitely be renting this place again and recommending it to family and friends.

Perfect getaway for 2 families with young kids

Beautiful property and we absolutely loved our first time in Arkansas. The house was very well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including condiments which was an extra bonus. The kids loved the dock, kayaks and game room. Plenty of fun memories were made at the Treehouse!

Our second summer family reunion at the Lakeside Treehouse. Property was clean and well-maintained -- exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 7 kids. Most of our time was spent on the large dock playing, swimming and paddling in the lake. We will likely book a third stay soon.

We had a great time staying at the tree house. We especially loved the room set among the trees and spent most of our time there playing cards and hanging out. We are a foodie family and cooked during our stay. The kitchen was one of the best stocked vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. The house over all was well maintained and stocked and we didn’t want for anything. The dock was nice and big and easy to climb on to from the water. Thanks for making your home available to us and helping us make some lovely family memories.

Great location for a large get together

We had a great time. House was well appointed and handled our large group admirably. The dock was fantastic, and where we spent most of our time watching the kids of all ages enjoy themselves. Highly recommend this propery.

The perfect base camp for me and three friends to enjoy the MTB trails of Bella Vista & Bentonville. We could easily drive from the house or even better was the VERY short ride to the nearest trailhead. 100% recommend this location and I'll likely be staying here again for future visits.

We took a little getaway with family. We had a great time!! It is pretty difficult getting down to the water as the walkway is very steep, but once you do get to it...its gorgeous!

This place was perfect for our friend group to get away but still have a nice home to hang out. The dock is a great way to bring the morning in. So many things to mention that are a plus at this property. Owner/property manager is super responsive and was extremely helpful on two separate things I inquired about. Thanks for allowing us to use the property for a guys weekend!

It’s what we had expected and more, the house was pretty big and very clean. The back area was perfect for relaxing with the firepit and it was pretty secluded too which is just what we were looking for. Bill the owner was helpful and treated us respectfully. No complaints from us at all 100% recommend.

We had a staycation/girls weekend with 7 people and it was amazing! Plenty of room, views were spectacular! The weather was perfect so we spent time hanging out on the dock (the walk back up is no joke!), which was so peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back!
