Spacious kitchen attached to a large family room with direct access to the deck over looking the Bella Vista country club fairways. Also includes an additional family room and patio facing the fairways on the walkout level. Includes Washer, dryer, and dishwasher for your convenience.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property for our annual guys golf trip in Bella Vista. Location is very convenient and great house for a large group. We will definitely be back!

This is a great property with an excellent location! Host was always prompt when messaged. Plenty of cookware to make meals at the house. Lots of space to spread out if needed. We have use this place four years in a row for a golf trip and continue to use in the future!

Location, Location, Location (for vacation)

Very conveniently located close to all amenities Bella Vista and the surrounding area has to provide. Beds are very comfortable, host is very accessible, roomy, and great outdoor deck overlooking Country Club golf course tee box #16. We had 6 men staying 4 days playing golf and it met all our needs. Look forward to staying there again next year.

Wonderful Home

Great house with a lot room. If looking to go on a golf trip with friends or family perfect home to choose. Overlooks the 8th hole of the Country Club Course and minutes from other courses. Property owner was very nice and readily available with any questions we may have had. Area is quiet, neighbors appeared very nice and home has everything you need for your trip and more. If I travel back to the area I will request this home again without looking any further.

TP & kitchen

There wasn't enough toilet paper provided. The kitchen wasn't well stocked. The bathroom trash cans, and garage refrigerator were filthy. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and beautiful views from the porches. The upper porch railing is a bit wobbly. Overall, everyone enjoyed the house. We would consider this property for our next reunion. Thank you.

7 ladies stayed here to visit War Eagle craft fair and a couple of other craft events / shopping . The house is beautiful with plenty of room . The view of the golf course was very nice and a great sunrise view in the morning . House was clean , well stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer . There are TVs everywhere but we didn’t really use them . We had dinner at the country club just down the street one night and it was very good . Bella vista is a great location . We have no complaints about this great house and plan to stay here next year.

One tub didn’t drain. Iron didn’t work. Info about having a kcup coffee maker was wrong. Was not given keypad code. Had to call for it. But house was clean and comfortable and host did answer the phone immediately when I called. Clean the drain. Replace the iron.
