A peaceful and quiet 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath retreat home settled in the beautiful woods of Arkansas! This home has been our family retreat for many years and we know you will love being in the mountains of Bella Vista. Our home is very unique, being built with poly-steel material and all the outside walls are concrete. This makes our home very quiet and energy-efficient. Our home includes a big tornado shelter, exercise room, an office with a printer and a big bonus room downstairs. There are 3 decks overlooking gorgeous trees! The main deck is great for morning coffee, family gatherings, or to fire up the grill. It is 25 feet up, giving you the feeling of being in a tree-house.

Perfect Vacation house for group trips!

Love love loved the house! Easy access, nice soft bath towels, nice that not all beds are downstairs for the older people. Great sitting room, huge table for us to play our gameS on, awesome sitting room for everyone. Already booked again for next October and will book this house for the rest of our trips to War Eagle!

Wedding fun!!

My husband, myself our son, daughter-in-love, and two grandchildren came from Virgina for a family wedding. The VRBO was exceptionally nice, clean, and stocked with basic essentials. It was conveniently located to the venues we needed to visit. The hosts of this home were excellent in communication and returned our calls in a reasonable time.Our entire family gave this site a 10. Sibling gathering

Five bedroom and bathrooms was what we need for our group. Five brothers and sisters and spouses. We've stayed at many VRBOs and other places, this was one of the best. Eating room, relaxing room and sleeping room was really good. Whole house very well appointed, even parking space was good. We come together from New York, Houston, Arkansas and Oklahoma. Wonderful to get together.

Beautiful Retreat with all the Amenities

Booked this wonderful home for week of daughter’s wedding in Bentonville. Home was close to everything (10-15 minutes drive) and equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home (food not included but grocery store and restaurants five minutes away : ). Great communication from owners. Will book again if need arises. Thank you for providing a great retreat and we pray God’s continued blessings.

Perfect House for us gals!

Great house, just wish it had one more bedroom where the office is for more beds. We love this area and the house, booked already for next year for the 3rd year in a row! I LOVE how clean it is every single year...when you take your shoes off and your socks aren't dirty from the floors or carpet...that is clean! Had a plumbing issue and they had nothing but urgency and communication! The only need was more dish clothes so we could wipe down the kitchen counters! See you next year!

Quote from my 85 year old mother: cleanliness is next to godliness. On day 2 she announced there isn’t a single cobweb, I don’t know how they do it. House has beautiful views. I had back surgery and often have difficulty sleeping when traveling. The beds in this house are exceptional. Comfortable beds with soft sheets. Best beds ever. Great access to mountain biking trails. Bike shop is a short hike downhill from the house. Fully stocked kitchen. The Christmas decorations were unexpected and gorgeous. This is a 10 star spot. Perfect getaway.

Perfect Christmas Getaway

We stayed 3 nights for Christmas Adventure with our family. There was plenty of room for all of us. The basement housed our young adults and teens. They enjoyed the Movie Theatre set up and especially enjoyed the Christmas football game. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived Christmas Eve that the home was decorated and had a 12 ft Christmas tree. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining room table large enough to fit us all. We would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Bentonville/Rogers area. The location was right in between all we wanted to do.

Family Golf Holiday Weekend

I rate this property as excellent! Hands down the best of our approximately 25 stays at various rentals across the US. Property was spacious with 5 BR’s and a huge dining room table to accommodate everyone. Lots of card games! Everything worked like you would expect in your own home. As we finished grilling one evening the propane tank went empty. Greg had a full one there the next morning! Thank you! The coffee bar was a definite hit! We will be back for sure!

Fantastic Spacious Home!

Rent this home! It is a very spacious and clean house with quality appliances, beds, linens and more. Our family absolutely loved our time in this house. We rented this home for a family gathering from Dec 22-26 and it was the perfect home for needs. There were plenty of pots, pans, eating utensils, bakeware, etc that we needed to cook our Christmas dinner. My father has mobility problems so he stayed on the main floor which has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and plenty of room to move around in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms with his walker. The homes in this area are built on ridge lines so there isn't a yard. You enter the house on the main floor and there is a level below the main floor with more bedrooms, bathrooms, reclining theater seating around a 75" TV, exercise room and more. There is a beautiful deck outside the dining room on the main level that is very private and surrounded by trees. The house is conveniently located just off of Highway 49 and there is a grocery store and restaurants directly across the highway. The WIFI worked perfectly and had a strong signal. The owner was always quick to reply to my emailed questions. They emailed us once we arrived to see if we had any questions. Because we were there during Christmas, the owner put up a beautiful 10+ foot artificial tree for us to enjoy. I would highly recommend renting this home.

This was as perfect a location as one could get for golfing. The weather did not cooperate for golf well, but we still got four rounds in and the last one was in the sunshine. Great table to eat at and its size reduced for card playing and other games. The house is stocked with all the cooking utensils you could want. We have been there three years in a row and plan to come back next year.

Beautiful, spacious and comfy!

We felt so lucky to stay in such a beautiful home. There were nine of us. The layout is great. Everyone had their space. Meals at the round dinner table lead to long conversations. We all enjoyed the deck surrounded by beautiful woods. Lots of bird watching and morning coffee relaxing. All my family are anxious to return to this home.

Wonderful house!

This house is so handy to anywhere in Bella Vista and Rogers! We had 9 adults and all were comfortable! The house is VERY well equipped! Communication was great!

Wonderful place

Kitchen was equipped with everything possible. My only complaint would be that the double bed downstairs really needs a mattress topper. Hardest mattress I have ever slept on. Also, a shade for the window.

Another Great Stay

We stayed here a year ago and it was just as great this year as last. It is less than 15 minutes to all the golf courses and we played four different ones. The large dining table was big enough for eight and could be reduced in size to play cards and other games. The back deck is very peaceful and we found ourselves out there often just talking. The couples were from two locations in Texas, one in Arkansas, and one in Oklahoma. Lots of catching up with each others kids and it was a great place to do that. Very large downstairs area that we didn't even use other than to sleep.
