The rental was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and spotless from top to bottom. Perfect for family fun Plenty of space and the lake toys were an added bonus! Service was great, house was clean upon arrival and all we had to do was pack up and lock the door on the way out. No washing towels or stripping beds. Quiet neighborhood and well equipped home. Host communication was spot on.

Great place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed this property. It fit the 14 of us very comfortably and we had all the amenities we needed for the weekend and loved the short walk to the dock!

Awesome place to stay for larger groups

Wonderful place to stay and very well stocked with needed supplies. Beautiful views and outstanding accommodations. Spent an entire day inside due to weather and enjoyed it very much. Highly recommend to a large group. Hosts were very responsive to questions that came up.

My grandkids loved the hot tub and the many bedrooms to choose from. We had a nice holiday visit and Bentonville attractions were just a short ride away. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed

2024 Family Vacation

The house is gorgeous and well maintained. We had fun playing games from ping pong, corn hole, hot tub, basketball and hanging around the fire pit. Views were amazing and the neighborhood was quiet. I would highly recommend this home.

Weekend getaway

The house was absolutely beautiful and even better than the pictures. The hot tub was clean and the jets worked great. The host was easy to reach and we had everything we needed. The house is huge and stocked with so many amenities. We really want to come back and stay longer.

A magnificent property were my first thoughts upon walking in and exploring the home before the rest of my party arrived. The layout of the house made hosting a large group of people very easy. Huge decks on both the main and lower level both with overhead fans to enjoy a quiet morning overlooking the lake, Having a full kitchen in the lower level was a welcome bonus. As advertised, the property has kayaks, a paddleboard and an assorted sizes of lifejackets to enjoy the nearby lake. The main kitchen was very well equipped with a huge refrigerator. The bedding was very comfortable; bathrooms were well located for use. I would definitely stay again.The first morning we had a minor electrical issue in the kitchen; contacted the mgt. company and received an initial service call within 2 hours. Part found and installed later that afternoon. The management company was very responsive before, during and after our 4 night stay. Avery memorable stay for my entire party.

Special weekend with Family

It was a special weekend with our adult children and grandchildren. The home provided plenty of space for 3 family groups. We ate all of our meals at the house using the well-stocked kitchen. The views of Lake Brittany were amazing! So many beautiful memories were made. Thank you to our gracious hosts for sharing their beautiful home!

Beautiful House and View

We celebrated a milestone birthday here with family and it was the perfect house and setting. Great views of the lake and loved being just a short walk from the water. The house was very nice with everything we needed for the weekend plus lots of extras. We had a weather issue with ice on the roads the morning of checkout and the owners were very understanding giving us a little extra time to leave so we could make sure the roads were safe. We really enjoyed everything and hope to visit again in the warmer months!
