Good size apartment, very centrally located. One can walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Vatican. No need to get the red bus.
Very friendly and accommodating renters.

nice place and geat location for sightseeing
Nice simple apartment in the heart of Rome, fair price, nice and unproblematic contact. We have appreciated the bookshelf full of books about Rome. It was a little loud in the night as the windows look at Via dei Corso, but after heavy sightseeing we have slept like babies :). The sofa is very comfortable.

Mauro and his staff were incredible! Mauro's prompt answers were much appreciated! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Mauro's rental site page was great, adding airport pick up/drop off was a breeze and they were so accommodating with all our requests. Will let all our family and friends know where to go when renting in Rome:) thanks Mauro!!

The location is fantastic for walking to local downtown sites. However, the flat lacks any comfortable furniture. The bed is horrible, my wife and I were constantly sinking in the middle of the fold out bed. The chairs are terrible. There is no place to relax. The windows and shutters only open a few inches due to scaffolding blocking them. You cannot see out them. I would not recommend this place until the furniture is upgraded.

Nice spot
My daughter and I stayed at the flat for a full month while I was working in Rome and she attended a university summer program. The flat has everything one would need, a functional kitchen (big fridge), plenty of storage space, WiFi, laundry, and comfortable beds. The location is close to key transit points, the San Claudio bus stop, and the Spagna metro stop (A line). You can easily walk to all historical sites in the ancient center, the Vatican is two metro stops away, and you can pick up a direct bus to Termini train station. There's a handy grocery store a couple blocks away, and tons of places to eat and shop. Definitely an economical (and better) alternative to hotels. Management is quite responsive and communicative. You'll hear a little noise from Via Del Corso during rush hour, but only if the windows are open.

Excellent location. The furniture is shabby. I wouldn't sit in the chairs, as they were ripped and i was afraid to rip them more. Horrible bed. Hubby slept in bed, i slept in bunkbed.

Location, easy going great and calm owner with experience.
We have rented this apartment several times and I will book it again in August if my itinerary remains the same. That should tell you all you need to know. The 4* is due to mattress in sofa bed, broken freezer, kitchen is tough to work in and beam is so low in loft we bump our he'd so sleep in the sofa bed. The pros out weigh in he cons and we look forward to staying with Mauro again and again. Kim & Nancy

Excellent stay!
I could highly recommend this flat. In the heart of the city, nearby you could find everything what you want (shops, monuments, caffe, etc.). You could visit the most favourite places in Rome by foot. Good metro/bus connections with other parts of the city.
Flat is well furnished, kitchen with all utensils you need to eat breakfast or even cook the dinner :) Clean and nice.
Let's rent it wihout any doubts! :)

Great Location!
This is a well-designed, lovely space in a great area for sight-seeing of all Rome's famous areas within walking distance: Piazza del Poppolo, Piazza Navona, Pantheon. Ara Pacis, Borghese Parc, Vatican, Castel d'Angelo, Piazza Venezia etc. There is an elevator, great bathroom, efficient kitchen area, and comfortable foldaway bunk beds (great for teens and children) with a door that can be closed for privacy. The living room is spacious for visiting with a nice table and hide-a-bed couch with a very comfortable mattress.
Double- paned windows with shutters give beautiful light and work well to keep out street noises from a busy but well-located Via del Corso. Best of all was the efficient management and a WONDERFUL, attentive, good communicator in Nicola! We had a problem with air conditioning but the attention and concern helped offset the problem which was repaired on my last day, hence my minus 1 star. I would stay there again without hesitation if I needed to be in the Spanish Steps area of Rome.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti presso Ottoboni flat. Appartamento molto carino situato in un palazzo carat geriatrics affacciato su una via principale. Pulito. Moderno. Accessoriato. L'unico lato negativo è Che due Letto erano in cucina!

Why they chose this property
This flat has incredible location, elegance and charm. A sublime fusion between modernism, quality service, and efficiency with an antique aroma. A stay at Vite Flat give both the tourist and business traveler alike the possibility to experience the atmosphere of an authentic 1700's Roman apartment. A unique and unrepeatable experience in an extraordinary setting in the heart of eternal Rome.
What makes this property unique
The location of Vite Flat is simply superlative; in Via della Vite with windows on Via del Corso, main artery of the historical center. Between the Fountain of Trevi and the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Spanish Steps; four cardinal points, four Roman splendors, places among those most noted worldwide, all reached within a 5 to 10 minute walk. For the business traveler getting around is really easy. In Largo Goldoni or Piazza San Silvestro, reached in only 2 minutes on foot, find the taxi station, while in Piazza di Spagna find the underground station line A, central axis of the entire city. Finally, numerous bus lines that run in both directions on Via del Corso.
