Our cabin is ideally located near some of Hocking Hills' most popular attractions, including Ash Cave, Conkles Hollow, Old Man’s Cave, and Rockbridge. Just minutes away, you’ll also find Laurelville, thrilling ziplining adventures, and the artistry of Jack Pine's glassblowing studio.

The Hideout features a cozy loft with a queen bed, offering comfortable accommodations for your getaway.

Step onto the back deck, surrounded by lush trees, and savor a home-cooked meal prepared on the gas grill.

Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials to make meal preparation a breeze. Relax on the couch by the warm glow of the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie from our extensive DVD library, or stream your favorite shows and movies with our Wi-Fi.

The cabin offers a secluded and peaceful retreat with plenty of privacy. While another cabin is located across the way, each has its own dedicated hot tub, fire pit, and amenities. The grounds and driveway are shared, but the space is designed to provide a relaxing and tranquil experience for all guests.

The number of towels provided is based on the stated guest count. The housekeepers also base how many bedding sets to bring and time needed to get the place cleaned and turned over after your stay. If the guest or pet count is misstated, it may result in additional cleaning fees to be charged

This is an attractive cabin that need’s some TLC and updates. The steps leading down to the cabin entrance are broken stones and small pebbles - very slippery and unsafe. The walkway to the hot tub also has broken stepping stones. There is no place to hang one’s clothes. There is not one comfortable chair in the cabin at all. The hot tub reeked of chlorine to the point we were coughing too badly to stay in it. The location is beautiful and the cabin has “good bones.” It definitely needs some repairs and updates.

Thanks very much for the feedback. I looked back and it seems we did address the questions you had about the hot tub. There wasn't any mention in our messages about the chlorine smell. If we had known about it we could have tried to help with that issue and I really apologize that it was an issue for you. I'll definitely make sure to think about those other things and how to improve them for future guests. We're always thinking about upgrades and improvements we can make when we are able. However, we always price our cabin for excellent value!

Communication with the host was non existent. I messaged 5 times prior and during the stay and did not receive a response. The listing says “best way to contact is through Vrbo messages” and that wasn’t the case. It was a nice property, however when I expressed concerns (like the automated message asked about) I was met with no response. The laundry hamper in the upstairs loft was covered in black mold. There’s a nail sticking out of the step that ripped my sock and cut my foot. The grill did not work without a self light with a lighter, and on doing that, there was so much buildup underneath from a grill never cleaned out, that it just caught fire and smoked. On the throw blanket provided there was two dirty bandaids stuck to the blanket. There’s a filtered water filter and it doesn’t work. While it has the potential to be a great stay, the no responses and things overlooked should be considered. We took photos of everything from our stay. Hopefully you guys fix this for the next guest.

The stay was amazing. The host(s) were very communicative and everything couldn't have gone any smoother. The hot tub was phenomenal after long days of hiking. Our first vacation together was EPIC and we would definitely love to come back. Wouldn't have changed a thing!
