> FRIENDLY CRITTERS: While our lovely mountain home is nestled in nature, you may encounter some friendly bugs. We provide regular pest control to keep discomfort at bay, but a few critters might still say hello. To minimize their visits, keep doors and windows closed.

> QUIET HOURS: As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, we request guests to respect quiet hours from 10:00PM - 6:00AM.

> TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED: There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.
