Beach Boys is the perfect Outer Banks oceanfront vacation home, beautifully furnished and very well maintained. Features and amenities include a private pool, hot tub, dry sauna and theater room. The 29' x 11' oceanfront pool is surrounded by one of the largest decks in the Village. This two-level pool deck has plenty of loungers, a swing, two tables with chairs and lots of space for games.

You'll find quality furnishings and upgrades throughout this Nags Head beach retreat. Enjoy spacious common areas on the top and mid-level floors. The top level includes a large living area with 55" Smart TV and refinished hardwood floors. Take in the incredible views of the ocean and beautiful sunrises. Relax on the chaise lounge in the sunroom, where you can even close the French doors for a quiet afternoon nap. The well-stocked kitchen features granite countertops, a grocery pantry, two dishwashers, a large fridge, double oven and microwave. Serve meals for the entire family at the dining table, which can accommodate large groups. There's also additional seating for four more at the kitchen bar. A gas grill is conveniently located outside on the covered porch near the kitchen.

Families love Beach Boys for its multiple getaway areas, including porches and decks everywhere you turn. The mid-level offers another wonderful family space with sofa, chairs, TV, game/card table, books and games. The ground floor entertaining area has a convertible ping pong/pool table, chairs, TV and access to the outdoor pool. The theater room is equipped with a 110" movie screen, overhead projector, theater seating and mini-kitchen. Wifi boosters are located on each floor for reliable connection throughout the entire home.

The beach is wide and beautiful. Beach Boys is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, two malls and golf. Guests can take advantage of discounts at Kilmarlic Golf Club.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 6 vehicles. Please note that Village Beach Club amenities are not available.
