Wonderful stay in Storm Lake

We enjoyed our brief stay while attending our family reunion. We were ever so grateful that the host had turned on the AC prior to our arrival, a s we are not accustomed to the high temperatures and extreme humidity.

What a beautiful home! Lots of space to build memories. Great place to sit outside. So close to park to watch sunsets. The lake is beautiful and serene!

Met our needs

The price was very affordable. All the rooms were well equipped. The games in the garage were a huge bonus. The living/dining area needed to be vacuumed and swept, but the rest of the house was very clean.

The house could definitely use some additional seating in the living room/kitchen area. The floors really needed to be mopped as well. Overall, the stay was great, just could use a few additional items-bars to hang clothes from in the closet, ice trays, and pizza cutter. Location couldn’t be better!

Nice, clean house.

Owner very responsive when check-in info not sharing properly in VRBO app. Kitchen long didn’t cook in as had family near by. Park/playground across from house by lake not well maintained which not fault of owner. Nicer park/playground little further down the road

Thanks for staying with us! I’m glad you enjoyed the house. It’s so sad when people don’t take care of the parks. The lakeside park across the street is simple and close. Kings Pointe playground is about a mile down the trail; new and extensive.

Its a long drive 14hrs for me and my family to go up there for a love ones funeral service. Arrived an hour earlier than check in time. Message the host if its possible for us to check in an hour early because the little ones ages 7months old, 3yrs old and 12yrs old are getting uncomfortable fussy. The host reply in less than a minute and okay it. One thing I loved about it is it has game room all can enjoy. And the location is so close to the convenience places. Spacious. Love the setting of where the rooms are. You can relax and take short nap in the rooms and not bother by the sounds of others in the living room and game room watching movie. I just love everything about it. Its a really family and kids friendly place.
