Two short blocks from beautiful Surfside beach! Relax in style in a newly renovated Surfside bungalow. This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home with private office offers a stunning interior rebuild with large impact glass windows, a chef kitchen with backyard views, and a private tropical oasis with a huge resort-style pool and spa feature saltwater and is also heated, sundeck, lounge area, and BBQ bar.

Enjoy privacy with a split floorplan and separate master bedroom located at one end of the house and two bedrooms with shared bath on the other end. The master bedroom features vaulted ceilings, two closets, master bath with dual sinks, large shower and separate toilet room for privacy. The two other bedrooms are off a private hallway with a shared bath located in between bedrooms for extra privacy. There is also a dedicated office located at the front of the house with built in workstation for two people offers a color printer.

Features sound system throughout, alarm and camera system. Located just steps from the beach and tennis courts, and minutes from Four Seasons Surf Club and Bal Harbour shopping. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, AC, and WiFi.

Bungalow Gem

We wanted to be close to the beach. The house was exactly as advertised and a 2 block walk to the water. The house was left clean and had a beautiful scent. The owners were very responsive and super thoughtful in how they prepared the rental for our stay.
