imóvel excelente proprietário péssimo

Tive uma experiência terrível com esse imóvel! Aluguei com minha família a alguns anos (idosos e crianças) quando chegamos a casa estava passando por faxina de obra e perdemos quase o dia todo com gente trabalhando na casa. Haviam fios expostos e uma caixa d'agua havia estourado deixando um quarto completamente inutilizado. Mesmo assim o proprietário se recusou a negociar qualquer desconto em face a oferecer um imóvel com um quarto a menos do que o combinado. Pra piorar a casa tinha câmeras e ficamos sob vigilância o tempo todo. Inacreditável. FUJAM DESSA CASA!!!!
