Lovely home. Friendly cat next door. Came for my son’s college graduation from UC Davis. Home was only 15mins from the arena. Home was centrally located. Lots of great restaurants with a few minutes drive. Clean and well cared for.

We enjoyed a month long stay at this spacious, updated craftsman style home. Great location tucked away in a nice Arden neighborhood. Close to shopping, dining and the American river trail. Suburban location so you will need to drive. Mike was a very attentive and accommodating host.

Great Xmas Stay

We rented Mike’s house to be near my brother’s for Xmas. Six adults stayed with us and we all fit comfortably. The kitchen is great and the home is very cozy.
