I absolutely loved staying here. The owner is wonderful to work with. Most importantly though is the cabin in amazing as well as the surroundings. My biggest fault is that I didn’t book the cabin for a longer period of time. Totally amazing experience. What a lovely stay we had at the lake cottage! The view was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful — the perfect setting to relax and recharge. Our host, Lance, went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, and he truly made us feel at home. One of the best parts was being able to bring our pups along with us, which made the trip even more special. Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The home inside was cozy and clean. Outdoors leaves were falling and could not be helped. It had absolutely stunning views and my fur babies loved the lake. The neighbors in the area were the best. I would stay here again. Hopefully a little longer next time and bring our boat which can be docked on the dock with the property. It was a wonderful stay. So quiet and peaceful.

I love the outdoors. Hunting, fishing, and especially boating, are my favorite past time activities, and I am a huge Nashville Predator's fan.
Whether you live in Tennessee or just come to visit, I highly recommend you experience Old Hickory Lake, a treasure found right outside my back door.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property initially as a personal vacation home and have since purchased another home four doors down the street for my permanent residence. The property is very private and yet I can be in downtown Nashville in 20 - 25 minutes.

What makes this property unique

The cottage was a perfect spot for me and my two sons to get away, fish, enjoy the boat and spend time together. We certainly have shared some treasured moments and built fond memories while staying in our lake home. I am excited to share this special place with others to create your own wonderful memories.
