Step outside to your own private paradise. The covered lanai houses a private pool and spa, surrounded by plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the outdoors. The area is screened to keep out bugs, offering privacy and comfort. For families with young children, the pool safety gate ensures peace of mind. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee($25/Day. Pool will be set to 87f and spa to 102f), perfect for enjoying the water year-round. Keep in mind that if you elect to NOT have pool heat, the hot tub will not be warm as they are on the same heater.
