It was a beautiful condo and the location was perfect for our week’s activities and for simply enjoying the gulf. The view was spectacular and the perfect greeting each morning. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and gorgeous setting for a stay in Destin.

Location, location, location!

Fabulous location, large, light, tasteful accommodations, great security and convenience to so many great restaurants! The pool area was great and easy private beach access was fabulous! Real joy was very communicative and prompt to respond. We are very satisfied and appreciate RealJoy helping us make wonderful memories

All was good except the following:At entry, there is a trip hazard with the rug having a raised corner.Rattling noise, very loud, in the air handler in the washer/dryer area; panel rattled.Insufficient toilet paper rolls for the number of days/occupants.No hot water in the left sink in the barhroom in left bedroom.Power outage twice, back-to-back.
