HOUSE RULES:
We are not a party house (Loud music/parties/events- will lead to immediate eviction of the house.
Smoking/ Lighting of candles / incense are forbidden inside. (There will be a penalty of $500) Smoking in the house will lead you to Immediate eviction.
Pets allowed.
Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
No unregistered guests allowed (this is for the safety of everyone in the premises)
Towels and linens are not to leave the property. Beach towels will be provided (there will be a penalty of $25 for any lost towel).
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew 10pm to 7am.
Please turn off the AC when you go out.
Please respect check-in and checkout times.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please do your dishes.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
No illegal activity or substances are allowed on this property is grounds for immediate eviction.
Any damage to the house must be reported to the staff immediately.
Use of the pool is at your own risk. Noo glass near the pool, children should be accompanied by an adult while using the pool.
Hygiene products/Toilet paper/Wipes shouldn't be disposed in the toilet. Please throw them in the trash cans, in order to protect our septic systems.
