Southern & Petite Frog treated us well

We had a very fun and relaxing time at southern and petite frog. The location was great and we loved riding the bikes to the beach and the pools with the frog pool right around the corner. There were 10 of us and it was very comfortable. A great family house or even with just adults.

Our stay was fabulous! We could not have asked for a better property for our family! The house is gorgeous and provided the space and amenities we needed. Having the golf cart to get around is a huge plus! There were bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys for us to use as well. Having access to all of the Watercolor pools, beach access, and opportunities made the trip!

Always Love Warercolor

The Host was awesome and had great communication! Always available! Had issue with electrical upstairs. Lights were out for 2 days in 2 rooms. It was our final days, so we just rolled with it. Not too happy about the showers, and also lack of updates. But overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the nice bikes and golf cart! And as always, we will return in June again to our fav place! Watercolor!

I'm sorry to hear about the lights—I know the bunk room breaker tripped with the hair dryer, and I thought it had been reset when we talked about the electrical panel location. I didn’t realize it was still off until after checkout. I also hear your feedback on the showers and updates, and will provide that feedback as we continue working to improve the experience for our guests. Hope to host you again in the future!

Hopping good time at the southern frog

The house was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and living room was large and has plenty of seating. The house was very clean. There were beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, 6 bikes and a golf cart. In my opinion the golf cart is a huge plus. The pools at watercolor were great. The frog pool is just a block away. The water front beach club has 3 pools. This is a very nice complex. Camp watercolor is fun for families but get there when they open for seating. It's busy! They do have activities for kids throughout the week. The area by the beach in seaside is a lot of fun. There is a airstream park there with a multitude of places to eat. Chelsea was great with communication. Overall it was a 5 star place. We would love to go back some time.
