Why they chose this property
The proximity to both private beach and the nature preserve. West side of island so its more peaceful, away from the dailey and weekly tourist.
What makes this property unique
The modern open feel…connected to the outdoors whether the sliding glass wall to the pool is open or not. The infinity edge pool with the outdoor lighting, the peaceful locations in gardens to sit and read a book.
