Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Bring the whole family or just relax by yourself in this spacious and stunning home. The family room downstairs has all the space you’ll need and it stays extremely quiet, conveniently located on the bottom floor away from bedrooms. Amazing location just a couple minutes from the movie theater, shopping mall, and the freeway. You can get to the airport in Boise in about 15-20 minutes due to this fabulous location.

Do not park on the street. This is an HOA. Your car will get booted and there will be a $150 fine if you park on the street. Make sure that you only park in the garage and in the driveway.

Great Location and Stay for the State Boys Basketball Tournament

We loved our stay. Teenagers were in walking distance for evening activities. The home was very accommodating to our large family. Highly recommend this cute home!

Exactly as described.

The property was exactly as described. Us and another family shared it. We were in town for State Track and it worked great. There was a bedroom for each couple, and then the 3rd bedroom with the bunk beds worked great for our kids. There are 2 things renters should be aware of, 1) there isn't a bedroom on the main level so if stairs are an issue this might not be the best choice. 2) Parking was an issue. We each had a Suburban. One barely fit in the driveway. There are visitor parking spots right across the street but they were hard to get. The host was great to work with and answered questions quickly.

Owner was responsive and had comfortable beds.The driveway is a pain to get into and not go through garage door while trying to get out of street. Was nice to have garage access however it smelled like animal with chewed up cardboard on floor.Some things we addressed with owner who stated he would take care of them. (Batteries dead in remote, smoke alarm battery dying, and rooster next door who wakes you up super early, owner stated he found out the week of our stay and is working with HOA as not allowed.) Tried to have a bag of popcorn however it was really old. but it did its purpose to have a place to stay for a few nights. Owner mentioned it was a new location so I have no doubt he will make things right and is worth for location and price.
