Ocean front with a beautiful view from the upper uncovered deck. The covered lower deck was really just a storage area for us unfortunately because it was away from the main living area and provided no view. Too hot to sit on the upper deck until the sun was down unfortunately so if you search for a covered deck be aware it’s downstairs looking into the dunes. The pool table was unusable for us while we were in the house because it sat right in the space between bedroom doors where grandchildren were sleeping or napping. When we booked we filtered by pet friendly only to realize many months later the listing was or had been changed to service dogs only. A great disappointment as our pets are part of the family. The home was a good size and appeared just as in the pictures. I will say a propane or natural gas grill is a must for a home accommodating this many people. The greatest complaint of our group was the 4 bedrooms on the lower level were very noisy. We could not even walk around upstairs, cook, or open a sliding door without waking up the lower level where 4 of the 5 bedrooms were. The sound carried to downstairs seemed magnified. The second fridge on the ground floor was great but we wish it was upstairs or that there was at least a wine/drink fridge in the wet bar area. Going down 2 floors to get things from the fridge was very inconvenient. There was absolutely no baby equipment such as high chair or pack and play and no baby gates for stairs. Bring your own
