To enter the home there are 3 stairs to the front covered porch and front door where the coded entrance lock is located.

Charming and indeed marvelous
Exactly what we expected and needed with a very convenient location. Main bath with tub and shower is up a narrow stairwell (not easy for a person with limited mobility), but we were made aware of it in advance. Was really hot outside during our stay, but the house was cooled down well and stayed comfortable.

Great location for area
Lovely house, modern kitchen. Comfy living room & house was cooled down for us; 100 heat index. Great location for our family reunion at Fontana Park. Couple minor issues but we had quick responses to question. Would be a "5" but no railing on steep steps. Not handicap or disabled friendly.
