Come to Hawaii and share in our wonderful condo in paradise. Our fully licensed and legal studio condo is only half of a block from World Famous Waikiki Beach.

You can have it all in this fabulous studio condo. The location and view are the crowning jewels of this unit. This unit is one of the larger units on the front side of the building that has a private lanai.

Located on the edge of Waikiki a block from the world famous Waikiki Beach, our condo has you near all the action yet the view makes you feel like you aren't anywhere near a big city.

Diamond Head/Honolulu Zoo/Kapiolani Park/Beach is your view from left to right on your own private lanai. Enjoy your relaxation time and meals right on the lanai four stories up. The building also has a 10th floor shared sundeck and you can grab a delicious meal from any of the nearby restaurants and enjoy it there, basking in the view.

Parking is available in the building for additional fees or ask about nearby street parking. If your trip doesn't include a car, no worries, you are right on a major bus line and it is literally steps to the bus stop.

We have a manager / contact person who lives just a couple buildings over so is close by to answer questions and assist as you settle in.

Everything was great. Better than expected for the price. Not super big but more than adequate for 2 of us. Free nearby parking on the other side of the zoo was close and we always found something every day for the 10 days we were there - big savings. Traffic wasn’t as bad as we were told, still not great. Use Google Maps to plan ahead and put in the time you expect to leave. It was spot on, Bill was great and accommodated some less than ideal flight times.View was great, partial ocean view because of orientation, but we still got awesome views and pictures of the sunset over the ocean with palm trees. View over the zoo, park, and diamond head were great. It’s Waikiki so there’s lots nearby. Literally 3 ABC stores with a few minutes walk. A little noisy from the street and club nearby but didn’t bother us too much.I’m hesitant to give a good review because I want it available when we go back!

We stayed at Bill’s property from December 6–13 and absolutely loved every minute! The unit was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as advertised. Our 7th-floor room offered stunning views from the lanai, but the shared 10th-floor balcony was an unforgettable bonus—we even enjoyed breakfast there one morning while taking in the million-dollar panorama of Diamond Head, the Honolulu Zoo, and the beach. While the view from our own lanai was already incredible, the higher vantage point made it even more spectacular.The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops.
