Fishing & Boating paradise. Satsuma is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home. Your stay here will be nothing short of excellent. Pool Table for entertainment. Nice new kitchen. Propane grill. Fish from the covered pavilion on canal. Attached floating dock for easy boat/jet ski parking. **Small private boat ramp on property (see notes below) **. Public boat ramps nearby for most boats. ROKU smart TV in living and all bedrooms. Bait shop and boat rentals in the neighborhood at Georgia Boys fish camp. Take your boat to several area waterfront restaurants: Corky Bells, 3 Banana's, Renegades. Short ride to Palatka by car or water. Drive to beaches in St Augustine or Palm Coast approx. 40 minutes.

NO EVENTS or PARTIES. QUIET NEGHBORHOOD. NO EXTRA PEOPLE or GUESTS. NAME & AGE of ALL GUESTS REQUIRED. THIS PROPERTY HAS NO FENCE AT WATERLINE. Outside security cameras are on property.

Froggies was Fantastic!

Have stayed at a few properties in the same area. This one was tops. 150 yards to Dunn’s Creek and great fishing. Ultra clean, most everything was new and unused. Comfortable beds, new furniture and appliances. Deck was perfect. Caught bream, catfish, and even blue crabs on dock. Listen to owls in dusk/dawn and view bald eagles, ducks, osprey, and hawks daily. Just needs a fish cleaning table and it is perfect. We brought ours. Thanks for a great stay !
