House comfortably hosted nine guests. Most of our visit was spent in downtown Annapolis, which was an easy 15-20 minute walk, but the house was perfect for the mornings and nights when we were all present.

We came for our son’s Induction Day at the Naval Academy and really enjoyed staying in a quiet neighborhood that’s super close to the stadium.

Everything was great. We were only seven people which allowed everyone to have private areas. Given the number of couches, etc. can easily house 10. Had plenty of spices if we were cooking.

What a joy! My children and I converged on this lovely home to attend their sibling's wedding. Not surprisingly the B&G stayed elsewhere for a little privacy. The home was spacious. The kitchen was remarkably well stocked with every essential times three!The house was immaculate. After the wedding we all went back to the house. The kids gave us facials while we watched a movie in the lovely living room and ate homemade cookies. I wish we had stayed a whole week!

We could not have chosen a better home for our stay as we prepared for our daughter's wedding! The Boat House was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family of six! We loved the location, charm, and character of this house, which made it feel like home for us! It was also the perfect setting for many of our wedding day photos! Cynthia was responsive and accommodating to our needs! We hope to visit Annapolis again and we will definitely book our stay at this property!

Phenomenal location to walk to the USNA stadium or to catch the USNA shuttle for I Day. Host was helpful and responsive. Shocked by how much room was in such a cute house. We will book again!
