Perfect Vacation Spot

We loved the condo. It was the perfect spot for the 6 of us. I also had to work during much of our time there, and the WiFi was solid through each of my zoom meetings. I had a very easy time connecting. All the amenities are close by. We enjoyed it immensely.

Location was great. Caddy’s is a awesome beach restaurant/bar with a excellent view. Would have liked for the condo to have had some beach chairs and more towels. With 5 people you do have to wash towels everyday but otherwise a great stay. Would stay there again.

Best vacation

This condo is so nice and cozy and family friendly, we loved waking up to watch the dolphins and loved the fact that we needed a key to get on and off the beach because that meant we didnt have as big of a crowd also needed the key to get in the pool so it was never packed in there either. Everything was as expected.

The unit was lovely! The listing stated no beach chairs, etc. However, on the last day I opened a closet and found beach chairs, toys, a cooler, etc! Would have been nice to know as we brought most of that stuff from our house in largo. Loved the balcony!

The beach is not crowded here, which is very different on either side with public areas. Looking forward to our next vacation at Villa Madeire next year.

It was the perfect size for a family of five with elementary and middle school kids. The condo is very clean and we love the wraparound patio. The building is very laid-back, very quiet. The pool is a nice size and clean . The beach in front of the condo is outstanding. It is not crowded. The sand is nice and the beach is wide. Only thing I would change is the keys which often stuck and made it hard to get in and out of the various gates around the building.

Perfect Location

If you are looking for the perfect beach location, look no further! Easy, quick access to the sandy beach within steps! This condo has spectacular views from the large wrap around balcony. Loungers or more comfortable outdoor furniture would be a perfect addition, as there is only a table and chairs. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. Huge plus is the in-unit washer and dryer. The only minor inconveniences: no pot holders/oven mitts or salt and pepper. We did a lot of cooking for our large group. Also as a large family, one kitchen trash bag was not sufficient for a week long stay for 6 people. The beach chairs/toys were a nice touch, though a tent and beach towels would be a great addition for use. The available rental loungers are expensive and are set too far off the water and are not practical for a larger family. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this condo.

Madeira Beach trip 8/26/23-9/3/23

The condo was fine but I would not rent it again for several reasons but the biggest one being that you have to use keys instead of a keyless entry with a code. We had 5 adults and it's hard to do things when you have to constantly coordinate who is going where and who needs the keys etc. We thought it was kind of ridiculous to have to use a key to get out of the pool or off of the beach. The living room furniture needs to be updated and all of the rugs in the condo looked worn and dirty. The water pressure is really bad (which may be beyond your control) but I would look into that as well. Overall the condo was fine and the location was great but for those few reasons alone, we would not rent again.

Loved Villa Madiera 301 and hope to return!

I am a local, but stayed with family from out-of-state. We enjoyed ourselves. We have rented in several different condos over the last decade or so, and this one is definitely a favorite. The unit was very clean and all appliances were modern and in good working order. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, bowls, etc. Fridge has filtered water and ice. This unit has an easy-to-access covered parking We were all comfy in the bedrooms, lounging in the family room and the balcony, and eating and playing games at the dining room table. Unit is tastefully appointed. The sundeck is very nice with plenty of lounge chairs, a few shaded tables, and a shower to rinse off the sand. We did not use the pool but it was full-sized and appeared to be very clean. Saw families having fun.. Some suggestions/very very minor issues: Bath: The water pressure is low in the tub/shower...a hand-held shower head would be helpful. There were plenty of bath linens but not enough places to hang used towels. I would like to see grab bars in the tub/shower. Kitchen: There was no dish strainer so we simply put hand-washed dishes in the dishwasher to dry. There were also no pot holders nor veggie peeler.

Villa Maderia Spring Break 2023

Overall, the stay was great! The unit was as described and accurate to pictures. The unit was very clean on arrival. Easy to get to John's Pass and grocery stores. We were able to get in and out with ease, the parking was appreciated. The beach and the pool were great - easy to get to. The building was quiet and even though there was a little street noise that did not stop us from sitting on the balcony every night to listen to the waves. There were a few MINOR things that could help for any future people staying: - Something in the description on places to rent beach chairs/loungers (like the blue ones in the pictures) would be awesome! Luckily I called Resort Rentals and they told me who to call and they only had two loungers left by the time I called! - The knives were incredibly dull. I couldn't cut a tomato! Having a knife sharper available would be very appreciated. - The rugs in the bedroom and master bathroom....probably shouldn't be there. So hard to know the last time they were cleaned. - The bedding. Very thick comforter in the master...again not sure when the last time it was washed. For us, it didn't really matter - we just rolled up the rugs and set them aside until we left and didn't use the comforter - we had family in the area who loaned us a blanket. Again - overall it was a great trip and great unit!

You can’t go wrong renting this condo. Very clean and up to date. Pros - close to shopping, food, and entertainment. The ocean view was spectacular. Liked the screened in porch. Nice that there are benches with umbrellas to rent directly outside of the unit. 3 cons- definitely need ceiling fans in other bedrooms. Brooms! Couldn’t sweep any sand up that we brought in from the beach. Keurig!!!!!!

Pleased you you enjoyed the ocean views and the screened balcony. We apologize you were without a broom, and felt the other bedroom needed a ceiling fan. We will notify the owner of your suggestions of a Keurig and ceiling fan. We could have supplied a broom for you. We hope you relaxed and had beach time.
