I LOVED staying in this condo. The owner is SUPER responsive to anything, which made coordinating my stay so enjoyable. She even had a recliner installed for my circulation issues. So sweet! I found the condo to be very updated, including all the items in the kitchen. The condo is RIGHT on the gulf. It has an amazing view and beautiful sunsets! The beach was not crowded and quiet. I can't wait to stay here again. I have no complaints!

Really nice place, it was handy. The only downer was parking. It was really close to a support beam and usually we had to maneuver around to park in the assigned spot. No big deal. Most of the time the spot next to ours was open and we just used it to get in and out of our spot. Once again it was Nice.

Beautifully decorated, clean, well-appointed condo has everything you need. This was our second time staying here. Karina is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything is conveniently organized for a stress-free holiday. Sunset views can't be beat on balcony and windows. Beds are very comfortable. Beach and parking very close. We love staying in Madeira Beach, as this was our 24th year staying on this beach. We have stayed at Arena De Madeira for 5 of those years. This was our first time in this unit. The pictures show exactly what you get. The unit was very clean and nice. The only issue we came across was the lousy elevator. It broke off and on for several days, some guests were even trapped inside on occasion. The Owner (Karina) was so extremely nice and great to work with!!!!! My family and I are looking forward to a return visit.

Mad Beach

Condo was fine. I appreciate all the security measures but it would simplify things if key cards were used. Key pad on front door wasn’t programmed right, had to wait until someone could help remotely. Pool wasn’t open. Hurricane aftermath, but 3 weeks later? More toilet paper would have been appreciated. 5 adults for a week and only two rolls. Traffic and other guests noise made it hard to sleep.

Beautiful location!

We had a great stay at this condo! It was clean, spacious, close to the beach and had a great pool. The location was great - super close to restaurants, shopping and other fun things to do. Within a reasonable drive to Busch Gardens and Disney, too! We really enjoyed our time here. Our only issue was with the bedrooms. The listing states that the second bedroom has 2 queen beds, but they are in fact doubles, which made it a tight squeeze for me, my husband and our two kids all sharing that room. Everyone agreed that the beds could have been more comfortable and that dressers to store our clothes would have been great since we were staying for 2 weeks. All in all, it was a great vacation and a great condo. We would consider staying here again if we were a smaller group, so that the beds weren't an issue. Karina was a great host who answered any questions promptly. Thanks so much for having us!

Beautiful condo in convenient location

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo. It's ideally located right on the beach, and is close to stores and John's Pass. Parking is very close to the elevator, and since it's only on the first floor, the stairs are a quick option. The condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with everything you need. The owner is very responsive. The pool is quiet. The west view of sunsets on the corner balcony is outstanding.

If this condo is available, grab it now! Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the living room, kitchen and dining room are fully equipped for comfort. But the sweetest feature is the first floor balcony overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! There are sliding doors into the wrap-around balcony from the living room (2) and master bedroom. You won’t be disappointed!

We enjoyed our stay, being able to walk right out to water and set up great chairs for sunshine. Master bedroom mattress And view of beach was excellent.
