The property is unsuitable for wheelchair users, however, the ground-floor bedroom (photo left) is ideal for guests with mobility issues, with direct access to the garden and a shower equipped with a foldable seat.
The house offers generous dining and seating areas ideal for socialising, as well as quiet corners for those looking for a moment to relax and recharge. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.

I live in London for the last 30 years but Italy has a special place in my heart. We only recently started to rent our property. It is a place where we always meet with family and friends. I love the Umbrian food, the people, the magic little towns that surround us.
Why they chose this property
Casale degli Olivi, is a very comfortable family-friendly property with large communal areas bedrooms. Spacious terraces and commanding views of the valley below. The sunset just across the hill opposite the house. It is peaceful and relaxing place to have a holiday with friends and family.
What makes this property unique
The house is located near the most beautiful medieval towns in Umbria. Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, Montefalco, Corciano, Arezzo and many others. There is a golf course just 2 km away.
