The lake cottage was amazing and perfect for our needs for our stay. The property was incredibly beautiful and peaceful and also gave the best impression of seclusion and privacy even with close neighbors. Sunset at the dock was spectacular and we have the most wonderful pictures from it:) The hosts Doug and Janet were fantastic with communication and offered wonderful suggestions for the area and they were available for any questions. We definitely would stay here again when we are in the Lake Norman area. Wonderful experience!!!

The location was exceptional! Close to Mooresville for convenience and a beautiful part of Lake Norman to visit! The landscape was lovely and dock area also very well maintained. We rented a pontoon boat from CS Rentals and that was a smooth transaction. Touring the lake and taking our picnic lunch with us was a highlight! This was our first trip to Lake Norman, the antique mall, downtown shopping and restaurants were all top notch. We visited at the end of the season, and noticed the deck and housekeeping could use a little TLC.

10/10 would recommend this property. The house and deck had 180 degree view of the lake and the yard was beautifully maintained. The dock had chairs and a tv so we could sit and relax down by the water while others kayaked or fished. The inside was clean and comfortable and cozy. We would definitely stay here again!
