Items like irons and additional fixtures are available upon request, and we’re always happy to provide them when notified. As for the concerns mentioned about bugs and the bunk beds, these are not typical reports, but we will still have our team review and inspect to ensure everything is in proper condition. We appreciate your feedback, though it would have been far more helpful if given during your stay so we could have improved your experience right away.
