Escape to our refreshed Spanish-inspired hacienda, where rustic charm meets modern comfort. Enjoy spacious, light-filled rooms with 10-foot rustic wood beamed ceilings, stunning Saltillo tile floors, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the master suite or unwind by the sparkling pool surrounded by the perfect oasis, complete with a jacuzzi, pool (heating available for an additional, reasonable fee), BBQ, citrus trees and tremendous views of the valley. We have a picnic style sitting area with an adjustable shade, BBQ grill with beautiful views of the valley in the backyard.
Our Single-Story Murrieta Hacienda offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bath with soaking tub, stand-up shower, and walk-in closet. 2 of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds and 1 bedroom is equipped with a twin-sized double trundle bed and dedicated work area. Enjoy a spacious dining room, ideal for meals with loved ones, and a cozy living area with a fireplace surrounded by hand-painted Spanish tiles right under a 55' Smart TV. There’s a bonus family space with a sofa, 8 foot Brunswick Pool Table and board games.
The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, walk-in pantry, and all the necessary cooking and dining utensils. Complimentary coffee (drip & K-cup), tea, creamers, and sugar are provided. Additional amenities include free WiFi, hotel-style linens, a washer/dryer, a kitchen stocked with cookware, silverware and basic spices. Our bathrooms are stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels.

Please feel free to use the whole home, backyard and driveway, including the garage! The only restricted area is the coat closet in the hallway which has been converted into our storage area :)

We are a family owned rental and ask that you please respect the following rules:
Please no smoking or vaping inside or anywhere on the property.
VRBO has banned parties so we ask that you please refrain from having a party or any type of social gathering.
Up to 2 dogs under 60lbs allowed. Although we love them, we have severe allergies in our family so we unfortunately, don't allow cats.
Murrieta has strict noise laws and to avoid our rental being shut down, we ask that you keep the noise level to a minimum between 10PM and 10AM.
Please no more than the people accounted for allowed at the residence and property.
Please be respectful to all of our neighbors, this is our home and we highly value being good neighbors.
Please make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked before you check out and leave.
FYI We do have rental agreement that will be required to be signed prior to confirming a reservation.
