Residential condominium, composed of only 08 houses, in front of the sea of Porto de Galinhas, with common leisure structure: Adult swimming pool, children's pool, heated jacuzzi and barbecue.
The property is located just over 1km walk, by the beach, to the central area of Porto de Galinhas, where you can find the natural pools and a great variety of bars and restaurants.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 people, this being the limit of occupants for each rental.
