The other property onsite is NOT included with this vacation rental. That property has its own address & entrance, and has NO access to the 4-bedroom, 3-bath home and detached game room, which are exclusively for vacation rental guests.

Guests renting the 4-bedroom, 3-bath house and detached game room will SHARE the following common areas with the other property:

Common Area # 1
- Driveway: Vacation rental guests have parking on the LEFT side of the extended driveway, with space for multiple vehicles in tandem (max 3).

Common Area #2
- Detached Laundry Room located on-site.

HOUSE RULES:

Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. Music and other noise must be kept to an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors.

Smoking of any kind, including "vapes" or e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited on the property. This includes both INDOOR and OUTDOOR spaces.

No parties, gatherings, or events. Only the # of guests listed on the reservation allowed. No adult entertainment allowed at the property.

No pets.

No commercial video or photography.

No rearranging of furniture.

Only Toilet Paper should be flushed down toilets. Feminine hygiene products, paper towels, & "flushable" wipes should NOT be flushed down the toilet.

Our property has outdoor security cameras for safety, with views of the exterior only (front, side, and back of the house; driveway). There are no cameras inside or in private spaces, ensuring your privacy is respected during your stay.

Tampering with, blocking, or disconnecting outdoor security cameras, Wi-Fi, or smart locks is prohibited.

No crypto mining allowed.

Any breach of the house rules, including hosting unauthorized parties, can lead to the immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Additionally, you can be held responsible for charges/damages/additional cleaning incurred as a result of not following the house rules.

***Groups with 11-12 guests ONLY - Bed Arrangements - Queen Air Mattress. This option is best suited for children and can be placed in the living room.

***Groups with young children - High Chair & Pack n Play (travel crib) can be provided upon request.
