This is definitely an older property but it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.The beds were very comfortable and the host responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had.

The photos in The listing need to be updated as they are not accurate there is no out door cover like it shows in the picture and one of the rooms only has a queen bed where as the picture shows a toddler bed either a double and bunk. The beds in all rooms were very uncomfortable. The home needs a lot of maintenance cupboards don’t work paint chipping in numerous places, The washer is rusted really bad. Management has great communication.

I was disappointed getting messages about someone pushing buttons on the pool it wasn’t us. And was not granted to get out at 11am.

I apologize that you were disappointed, it looks like had just asked if someone happened to press a button on our pool system since the remote settings were getting changed. We try our best to accommodate late check-out requests, but when we have another guest checking in on the same day of your departure, our cleaners need all the time they can get to ensure the property is ready for the incoming guest. Especially for our larger houses, like this one.

The kids loved their room. The house was very clean and well stocked. I had a couple of problems but were computer illiterate on my part but host responded immediately and resolved my problems. I also needed a late check out which they were very helpful with. My family and I had a very pleasant stay!

Disney Vacation

This house was the perfect place for our family while on our Disneyland vacation. It was close enough that we could leave in the middle of the day, swim, relax and then go back to Disneyland in the evening and had the right number of bedrooms to fit all of us comfortably.

Great Stay Close to Disney

There were only two good things about the place - the pool / hot tub (once you can figure out how to get it to work) and the distance to Disney and the Anaheim Convention Center. The house itself has loose sockets, showerheads, and some exposed wires, exposed floorboards, water that got way too hot way too fast, ceiling fixtures held up by sheer force of will, a fridge that would randomly drop ice cubes out of the dispenser, rust on the exterior, mold in the master shower, cracks, bumps, a lack of any sort of hotel-equivalent basics, and other damages simply painted over. I did not receive any information regarding check-in until the day of, and only when I initiated the conversation through text. I was left a voicemail (which, mind you, trying to reach them back put me through a call center that took about half an hour to get a "oh, they're not available" response back), that explained that there was important information regarding two things: Anaheim's short term lease ordinances, and the neighbor. I was also given an incorrect PIN to get into the home. The former in this case, we had no idea about, and essentially prevented us from being outdoors (front or back yard) past 10, with a camera pointed to the pool to boot, to make sure that we were following the rules. The latter, the neighbor across the way had several cameras pointed right to where we were staying, presumably, to make sure we followed the "front yard" portion of this. Get a hotel instead if you can.

Great home base

This property fit our needs very well for our cheer team retreat. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. The pool and spa were a huge plus for hanging out in our down time. Kitchen is getting a little worn down with cupboards and microwave getting broken, but worked for our needs fine. Great stay overall!
