Perfect for families who love skiing, our beautiful home is ideally situated 7 minutes from Mount Snow, 30 minutes from the Stratton Sun Bowl lodge and 5 minutes from the coffee shop, stores and restaurants in Wilmington.

Features an open floor plan with a 20 foot cathedral ceiling living room, pine beams and with a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace. The lower level has a separate walk-out basement with a playroom for kids complete with video games and an adjacent bunk room so parents can enjoy some quiet time upstairs by the fire while their kids are entertained below. Two large bedrooms upstairs with en-suite bathrooms. Fully appointed kitchen, Ski closet and mudroom are also convenient amenities.

We are a family of five, passionate about skiing

Why they chose this property

We love the location of our house, mid-way between the quaint little town of Wilmington with so many great dining options and Mount Snow. We are located on a golf course which makes for great snow shoeing for the non-skiers and golf in the summer.

What makes this property unique

This is a high end home that we only rent very occasionally, it is very comfortable and since we are dog lovers we do allow pets.
