A lovely stay! Host was accommodating and responsive. The building is on the older side but I think that gives it charm. The sun room was lovely and it was perfect for 4 adults.

Nice place, great communication by James. The parking spot was very tight for our full size truck but doable. Like others said the bathroom and shower is small, water pressure was fine, door doesn’t shut well. Bedrooms were really nice, well lit and comfortable bedding. Good location for getting around. Kitchen has everything you need. Thought it was a bit pricey,Overall nice stay

This rental is in a perfect location for visiting Burlington and the surrounding area. Four adults had plenty of room. The bathroom is small but we had no problem sharing it. The screened porch offered an extra space to relax and cool off.

Early Spring '25

Clean and cosy. Less than a block from Winooski square restaurants/shops and the path along the river. Host was prompt with communication. Easy parking - which is a big deal in this area.

Great location

Less than a block away from great restaurants and bars, with a nice waterfront hike nearby. We really liked the screened porch right off the kitchen and how safe it felt. The spaces are cozy and they’ve tried to make everything comfortable. The kitchen could be a little better stocked (no cutting board or basic spices) and the bathroom needs a refresh (floor, shower curtain, clean the baseboards). But overall, we liked it and recommend it!
